I took my stars back. Very disappointed in my pizza I received tonight. I order from this location every week. I order a pan 3 topping pizza only to get 2 toppings and a soggy pizza. I will not place another order here. Just getting off work to open an soggy box of pizza. Not pleased at all

We had them deliver us pizzas to a birthday party. The first delivery the driver dropped one of our pizzas and the others looked like they were swang around the car. The second time we got the pizzas delivered they looked even worse. I had to take the pizzas back to the franchise and show them how not once but twice they delivered our pizzas.

Ordered a pizza over an hour ago, tried calling the store several times was placed on hold immediately by a lady that said “we have a promotion going on you’re gonna have to hold” called back to more times and still on hold. Promotion or not I ordered delivery well over an hour now terrible customer service. I showed up to pick up my pizza customers were mad they tried to give us two tiny slices of pizza and say it was a personal pan. The manager Troy told all of us customers that we didn’t “know how to act”. Another employee told me my food was probably waiting for me at my work mind you my door dasher from earlier that was going to deliver my food was there and said they told her it was going to take 30-40 mins for them to make my food and she got there 5 mins after I put in my door dash. These employees were unprofessional and rude.

Disgusting. Do not order from this location. I went in to pick up my order and observed a male take off his hat while standing over the food and rub his hair back and forth several times. Never did he stop to wash his hands before handling food. No one was wearing gloves. If you got sick, it’s from them.

Ordered a pickup and it was incorrect. Called the location and they requir we d me to drive back and prove they are not good at life. No apologies, just bickering at each other in the back. Hope my replacement is spit free and I will never get back the 45 minutes extra min. Usually I would deal with it, but my guest is a vegetarian and they only got one of the three toppings, correct.

So today I ordered a large pizza online for delivery and it said estimated time would be 7:10pm at 7:32pm I had to call and report that my pizza was not delivered saying that door dash delivery driver took my food like I ordered the Pizza Hut delivery not through door dash so the person I spoke with said they will deliver it to me free of charge so I asked was he giving me a refund he said no that I don’t have to pay an extra fee well I’ve already paid the delivery fee so what’s free? I’m so pissed but I hope the person who took my pizza was hungrier than I am.

Tried the” beyond meat” pizza. It was ok considering, not bad for when you’re Pete doing to be vegetarian. The gentleman who sold it to us was vet helpful at describing it as well.
