We got an order for takeout. The order was ready within a few minutes of us getting there, so we picked up the bag and left. My daughter sat with the bag in her lap for the 8 minute ride back to the house. When we got home, we found our fries at the bottom of the bag with about a quart of wing sauce. I’m not sure how the bottom of the bag didn’t give out in the way into the house. If my daughter’s shorts weren’t so thick, she would have noticed the seeping liquid on the way home.
So- being down a pair of shorts and an order of soggy fries, I called the store pretty preserved about the incident. The guy that answered the phone was nice enough, and offered to give me a refund. But- when he spoke with the manager, he told us we would need to return the food for the refund.
Thanks for the crappy service, Wing Stop. And my girl thanks you for the new pair of shorts.

Placed an order in store, it was not busy the whole time I was there. Sat right in front of the register to wait for the order. Waited for 30 minutes and my name had disappeared from the screen so I decided to ask the girl because there was an order sitting there for 15 minutes that I just assumed was someone else’s because why would they not call out the name whwn it was ready? Turns out the order was mine and asked nicely for them to remake it and they declined and stated the name was called out. And when I said that my order was now cold the girl said “well that’s not my problem.” I suggest getting people that actually want to work.

Ordered delivery off of the Wingstop app and when delivered we were missing fries. I called to see what could be done and was met with a super rude worker who said we would have to go pick up the french fries even though we ordered through their app for delivery. I am 9months pregnant and obviously ordered because it is not easy for me to get out right now and he expressed that there was nothing that could be done when they could easily send out another delivery driver. Completely unprofessional and ridiculous considering we paid for the delivery and the fries and were told if we don’t go pick them up we were basically SOL. Will be talking to a manager in the morning.

First time I have tried but will most likely never be back. Ordered a sandwich and fries. The bottom bun was sitting in a puddle of grease in its container. The fries I specifically asked for well done and they were all soggy and uncooked all the way.

Restaurant was pretty new. My garlic Parmesan wings had no seasoning at all. It was like they were naked wings. I wouldn’t recommend this place at this time. Pretty disappointing.

I tried to place an order online but it would not go through so I called the store and explained what was happening and if I could place my order over the phone they told me to download the app. Once I downloaded the app it showed unavailable. I went to the store and two employees working told me they are not taking orders with a sign that states “online orders only”.

Amazing food but it takes FOREVER to get your order if you don’t order ahead. I feel like they give 100% priority to the call-ahead orders for whatever reason. Pretty irritating bc we love to eat their food. Please get some balance on walk-in orders!! we would come even more than we already do if that were the case. When I have a fussy toddler with me it is extremely hard to wait 20 minutes for one order of wings.

Prob some of the worst wings I have ever had. The sauces were horrible tasting. The French fries were under cooked and cooked in old grease. The fries were brown due to the old grease. The ranch we ordered was completely missing. I would not recommend eating here to anyone
