Could wait to try the fish Sandwich, My order was taken and the sandwich I guess was on the holding area with no heat. Had to wait for the fries and then after about 10 minutes I sat down to eat and the sandwich was cold. Wax hoping I would not get sick since I don’t know how long it sat there. Curly fries were great. But very disappointed in the sandwich. Probably will not try it again. Sad, the commercials always make it look good

This location is going downhill by the day. Lazy shift lead Sharita only takes orders without ensuring operations are up to par. Wait times are ridiculous for no reason as food is not made fresh so it should be no waits at all for old stale food. Don’t bother going here if have allergies and request special orders. They will ring it up correctly and still make it wrong. No accountability from management. The entire night crew need to be retrained.

I was allowed to place my order only to be told that what I ordered “wasn’t prepped.” First, how do you not have product prepped at 3:30 in the afternoon? Second, why were you surprised that I wanted my refund of almost $20? I understand the service industry, but this location has gone WAY down. It was only a couple of months ago that I went in and had the absolute best service and experience. Find those people and bring them back.

Tough chewy bread difficult to pull apart wth fingers. A scant smear of sauce or Kraut on reuben. Worthless manager. I mean a joke. Don’t order on App or they have been told you have to call corporate to get money back, even if wrong. Won’t give you number for corporate because they don’t have it, but you can look it up. No phone number online either. But you can fill out giant online form and survey and may get money back a week later(I did). But nobody will call or email or apologize like they really care. What a joke. Eating at home is easier anymore. Crappy food and service everywhere. That =crappy tips and no customers=no job.

If I could give any lower of a rating I would, I travel everyday through TN and GA and stop at multiple Arby’s because it’s actually real meat. And I have to say absolutely every time I go through this drive through it’s a very long wait even with no cars In line, they mess up my order every time, the food is cold and the bread on the burgers dry as can be like it’s stale. This is my 12th time passing through it in the last 4 years. Nothing has changed. Staff ignores you at the front even when you ask them for something. I give no stars to this place. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!! Hopefully they get all new staff or just close the place down

I went to Arby’s because I had just gotten out of the hospital. I wanted to not have to cook dinner for the family, and, after a low-protein diet of hospital food, I had a craving.
The drive-thru attendant was friendly and helpful, and, after taking my family’s orders took my order for the Meat Mountain Sandwich from the secret menu. The order was completed correctly and promptly, and everything tasted great. At some other Arby’s I have had less-than-great experiences, but I cannot remember ever having a problem here.
