Ordered at the wrong address and couldn’t figure out how the app worked to cancel/transfer the order to this restaurant. Supervisor was down right nasty and walked away while I was still speaking with him and ignored me. I wish I would have gotten names, however the young lady with real beautiful eyes lashes tried to assist but just didn’t know the answers.
Then the man at the stove came over and was so nice and made my order for me.
Shoutout to Taco Bell staff!!! Ya!!! Supervisor/Manager- needs some additional training. Especially in the area of communication with customers!!

Within an hour of eating, I was very sick definitely got food poisoning. It had been several months since I stopped at this location. As I now work second shift instead of first -I will never go back.

Got soft tacos, and they were disgusting, I would not even feed them to my dog!! Never coming back!! All kiosk and no personal service and the menu is hard to navigate to see what you might actually want because there is no menu board anymore!!!

A gentleman with doordash was standing in line before I had arrived. There was another couple that had made an order online and arrived to pick up their order. I walked in and proceeded with my order before I even was done with getting a fountain drink my order was completed. The two personnel came to the counter the two couples that were standing there waiting for their order were a little annoyed. They had ordered and waited about 15 minutes for their online orders.
The air conditioner was turned up and there was a lot of condensation all over the tables and the floor that made it hazardous to walk across the floor. Today was not a good day for the Taco Bell Staffing. At least they showed up for work thank you for that.

They did not have a menu up on the top screen. They were very poor on putting chicken on there and not specific on the food.

We’ve patroned this taco bell twice now. The first time through, they took 20 minutes from order to food, and forgot one entire item but made it once we spent another 10 minutes going back through the line. Would have been understandable if they were busy, but they were not. No diner and two cars ahead of us.
Second trip was tonight. They again forgot one item my gf ordered. My order was right, but my soft taco was…. Moist. Like someone spilled water on it. Picture below. Thoroughly unappetizing.
We won’t be going back to this one. Failed 2/2 now.

The staff was nice and my food was fresh. I do miss having someone at the counter to take my order, I am not a fan on using the kiosk but I did have to employees come up to me and ask if needed anything.

Okay I honestly usually really love this taco bell, the workers are really sweet to me but on this particular day, I had ordered a side of chips and guacamole and this is what I received. Which is a little bit rude and outrageous considering I ordered chips with it. I couldn’t even eat this with 5 chips. I was really upset about this because I paid for it and not only that the older lady at the drive through was really rude. (The other workers are super sweet, love y’all). I didn’t go back to complain because I honestly didn’t want to ruin a workers day by being a “karen”. Next time be considerate when filling a container because it’s that size for a reason. I didn’t order a smidge. Thank u

Please for the love of god train your drive through people to be better. Almost every time I go through there’s something wrong with my order. Missing items, etc. Tonight I went through after a long day at work and the drive through person completely botched my order. I wanted the $7 box, they rang me up for the $9 box and never gave me my soda. I was so tired I didn’t notice until I got home. The cashier was Terran S. Please train your people better, the incorrect order was partially my fault for not paying attention (however I did explicitly say I wanted the $7 box but whatever) but they should be making sure I get my stuff not the other way around.
