Went 10/4 around 9:30pm, placed a mobile order that should’ve been done by 9:33 but proceeded to take 30 minutes and when we finally received our order our blast which was around $9 did not come. the server said the machine was broke it and she guessed she could try to bled it with the milkshake maker it might work.. didn’t sound too convincing to us. I wish when we arrived (they weren’t busy at all) they would’ve come out and told us they were out and we would’ve asked for refund and went to a different location instead of wasting 30 minutes and receiving a mastershake which was liquid (been sitting for awhile) and a bad soda lol. I asked for a refund on the blast and she said they could try that later?? next day still no refund and we won’t bother going back to that location because of the service and the quality. Side note- a lot of other people were upset and got out and walked to the kitchen several times and the service still took forever. If a machine is out pls let us know before waiting or for the people placing the order. I also will never tip on my mobile app again because it was so ridiculous.

ordered online. Had boyfriend pick it up. On the receipt it says a footlong coney meal w tots and a drink plus 2 packs of Mayo were purchased. Only the coney was in the bag and it almost burnt on both side of it. Cheese was hard. And the tots/mayo were missing

I’ve visited here since I was a little kid. Great place for a quick snack or meal. Sometimes there’s a long wait, but considering they are really busy sometimes, they get it out relatively quick. Good customer service, although every now and then they have someone working there with an attitude. Overall great place to visit!

I’m a regular here almost every other morning and I’ve never had a bad experience. I don’t know her name, but the sweet, younger black lady is the BEST! Always has a smile on her face and super quick service every time I see her. On my most recent order the sonic app was down, she immediately recognized me when I parked and made sure I got my order. She even double checked what I ordered because it was slightly different than my “regular” order that she knows I normally get! She was also running around making sure everyone was taken care of due to the app malfunction. Like I said, she’s the best!!

Food was hot and fresh great service. Manager Michael resolved my previous issue and really cares about the customers whether it is big or small, and that is somewhere i would like to spend my money! Will always be stopping by for my regular when in the area. 10/10
