The delivery driver Frank Vrana Jr. is rather rude and immature let’s not forget impatient. There was an order for a guest staying in my hotel and I as front desk was the only staff member on site therefore I had a line at the desk because of the busy night. Even tho the man who ordered left Frank a room number for the delivery Frank cut my other waiting guests in line to insist that the recipe also says Leave in lobby. So I told him he can either take it to the guest room on the receipt or wait in line with everyone else. This upset him to where he felt the need to argue with me once he waited in line stating “I don’t know why you couldn’t just let me drop it off” to which I replied “because I have breakable items where you wanted to place it so I told you you could leave it with the guest or wait in line like everyone else” he proceeded to have an attitude, argue more and cuss under his breath. I had to insist that he can leave now since he wanted to complete his tantrum. Due to this I gave the guests a different pizza menu for when they stay here in the future. Someone who will be more professional with both guests and staff members they run into. Frank was immature and made a bad impression due to his own impatience.

Arrival 6:55pm. Date Saturday July 26th.
First time here & last time here.
Went to pick up the order and the cashier said it would be 5 minutes and that the order was in the oven.
Unfortunately this was a lie. After
12 minutes, the order is out of the oven being boxed finally set on the table to pick up.
No thank you or have a nice day or come visit again just order on the table with silence.
Then, I had to grab the 2 Liter from the cooler myself, and request a grocery bag as well.
There was probably 15 people working here not to mention another customer waited for about 10 minutes before she could even place her order.
Mind you there are no other customers in the store it’s just staff members. Some are working some are just standing around on their cell phones.
Meanwhile, someone stocking the coolers dropped every single 2 liter bottle from an entire shelf cuz the bracket broke.
Too many employees, extremely slow service that is inefficient, and not enough common sense.
I highly do not recommend visiting this location for the unfriendliness for the unprofessionalism and for lying saying that the order would be ready even though when I arrived it was already late. What an inconvenience!
Hopefully in the near future there will be some serious changes with operations.

There was a lovely lady grinding away making sure orders were pushing out smoothly and keeping guests who are waiting calm. The cooks were taking forever to box pizza and giving her sass about boxes not having been labeled and she had them all lined up ready to go. Was awkward to watch as a customer but kudos to the nice lady pushing orders out while the skinny white lady cook was acting sassy.
The pizzas are always good so 4 star.

twice ive been to pick up delivery twice theyve been poor. the one in green shirt was so nice to the guy ahead of me then treated me with disdain for no reason. i hope one day they are able to confront their psyches and come to terms with who they are and change for the better.

Ordered food online, after searching for my order a door dash person returned my order as they had given my order to them, they just let the door dash person keep my order and proceed to remake it. After waiting for 20 minutes for them to remake the order they didn’t even offer an apology. After arriving home with my order they also give me the wrong order. I wish I would have read the reviews before order from this location as it seems this is an ongoing problem with this location. Took over an hour to get my order right and 2 trips to the store. Do not recommend!

The pizza was delivered so fast the dough wasn’t even cooked. I brought it back the next day and the manager Ashley argued with me and said it looked perfectly fine. No refund. No offer for a new pie either. Someone teach her customer service skills 🙂

Horrible I ordered a pizza at 5:30 Didn’t get it until 730 and it was getting taken by DoorDash because they don’t have any workers. The pizza wasn’t even hot anymore. It was basically cool. And the ingredients did not look fresh

Pizza was undercooked. Delivered by a flustered third-party delivery person, (Door Dash). Ate the cost, tossed the pizza ordered from an independent, (Joey’s) Terrible quality and service. Sticking with the independents from now on.
