Initially had very poor customer service but management reached out and addressed the issue with the staff accordingly.
7/24?: I love Jersey Mikes. The subs are great but make sure to check your sub before leaving this location. You have a 80% chance of getting you online order right. Last week I had ordered a Hot Honey Chicken Cheese steak sub with No Onions because my husband can’t have onions and they gave us a regular cheese steak smothered in onions but he didn’t realize it until he got home. I always mark no onions and put it in the comments so someone isn’t very observant. Corporate is giving us enough points to make up for it because we weren’t going back out because they’re 20 minutes away. We haven’t gotten the points yet but I’ll follow up next week if they’re still not there. Mistakes happen so I won’t dock them too much. Food industry is rough.
Also hate the smaller sandwiches now. Feels like a rip off
Then we got to the white American Cheese, which was nasty, pasteurized, gloppy and tasteless. Go with real provolone for a HUGE upgrade. They also use pickled peppers which TOTALLY ruined the flavor. Regular peppers and onions please. Obviously, this is a sandwich to avoid in future.
The floors were gross, obviously not having been swept in hours. Tables weren’t much better. I get it was lunch time, but when we showed up, we were the only ones in line. Service was fine, although there were not lots of happy faces. Everyone looked like they’d rather be somewhere else. Fake it better
Value – at $19.43 including a single medium sandwich, 2 sodas, one bag of chips (We split it) and tax seems like a lot.
Update 07/03/25 – Not having a very good memory, we ordered the Philly Cheesesteak and had the same criticisms as before. This time the place was pretty clean, and the service excellent. There was a pretty good line which moved quickly. Everyone seemed to be happier than the last visit, and everyone was constantly cleaning when not making sandwiches. I’d say improvements have been made. Now we just need to remember to avoid the Phillies!
