We like Jersey Mike’s. My husband uses the online ordering and he loves that. It’s really simple and speedy. Order at home and by the time you get there your meal is ready and waiting. We always get the #13, the original Italian, giant on wheat and it’s more than enough for the 2 of us. The sandwich has plenty of meat, cheese and veg. There’s nothing more sad than a sandwich with a poor bread to filling ratio. We’ve never been disappointed here.

Sandwich was fine. Cheese wasn’t fully melted on the chicken philly.

Initially had very poor customer service but management reached out and addressed the issue with the staff accordingly.

I sent a review 3 days ago regarding my experience at this location. Wasn’t terrible but could have been better. The owner responded almost as soon as I hit send. Kudos to Nathan, who I presume is the owner. We’ll be back.

Update 8/1: Check your sandwiches before you leave if you do an online/app order. They fixed it for us and the girl my husband talked to was super nice about it but still, there’s no middle man so this shouldn’t be a common issue with online/app orders. They made a hot honey Chicken but put onions on it again (I marked no onions and put it in the comment section) and they didn’t add the bacon. Luckily my husband checked before leaving.

7/24?: I love Jersey Mikes. The subs are great but make sure to check your sub before leaving this location. You have a 80% chance of getting you online order right. Last week I had ordered a Hot Honey Chicken Cheese steak sub with No Onions because my husband can’t have onions and they gave us a regular cheese steak smothered in onions but he didn’t realize it until he got home. I always mark no onions and put it in the comments so someone isn’t very observant. Corporate is giving us enough points to make up for it because we weren’t going back out because they’re 20 minutes away. We haven’t gotten the points yet but I’ll follow up next week if they’re still not there. Mistakes happen so I won’t dock them too much. Food industry is rough.

Used to love a jersey Mikes. This location lacks friendly service, makes sloppy sandwiches
Also hate the smaller sandwiches now. Feels like a rip off

they really need to work on washing hand and switcing out gloves after handling .$$. One person wiped his glo ed hands on his pants, wrapped a sandwich. Same guy slid over to top another sandwich and used a wet cloth to wipe down the board and then made the sandwich. That’s gross. Definitely cross contamination using same gloves over and over.

Very polite and friendly staff! I was telling the young man about an upsetting experience we had just before we went in there and he was really nice about it, even threw in a free cookie to make us feel better. Food was good. Seemed clean enough, though we didn’t sit down. They were cleaning when I walked in because no customers were in the store. Way better experience than the other sandwich shops in the area, that’s for sure.

I’ve been to several Jersey Mike’s and their sandwiches are generally above average. This was our first visit to the Monument location and it was a disappointment. We ordered the Portabella Cheese Steak and were initially delighted at the piping hot, juicy and delicious steak. Mushrooms were scarce but tasty and the roll held up to the fixin’s.

Then we got to the white American Cheese, which was nasty, pasteurized, gloppy and tasteless. Go with real provolone for a HUGE upgrade. They also use pickled peppers which TOTALLY ruined the flavor. Regular peppers and onions please. Obviously, this is a sandwich to avoid in future.

The floors were gross, obviously not having been swept in hours. Tables weren’t much better. I get it was lunch time, but when we showed up, we were the only ones in line. Service was fine, although there were not lots of happy faces. Everyone looked like they’d rather be somewhere else. Fake it better

Value – at $19.43 including a single medium sandwich, 2 sodas, one bag of chips (We split it) and tax seems like a lot.

Update 07/03/25 – Not having a very good memory, we ordered the Philly Cheesesteak and had the same criticisms as before. This time the place was pretty clean, and the service excellent. There was a pretty good line which moved quickly. Everyone seemed to be happier than the last visit, and everyone was constantly cleaning when not making sandwiches. I’d say improvements have been made. Now we just need to remember to avoid the Phillies!

Sorry to hear you ran out of bread on a Friday night. We came in near closing. Guess all the bread was “gone”. Interesting
