I stopped on a non busy time for lunch and I ordered a cup of coffee. I’ll eat and my meal. But in the 20 minutes I was there. I never had anyone coming around to refill my coffee. And as you can see from the picture, the hash Browns were few and far between. The sandwich itself was good but not worth 13.50.

Well around an hour ago I was sitting there after eating two grilled cheeses I tipped $2 got a glass of water tipped her $1 for that so $3 tip then I asked to order a biscuits and gravy she told me after like 5 people then after them she went to washing dishes and I was still hungry and wanted to order so I would love to went to Popeye’s that’s the kind of service I got from waffle House today

We stop at this restaurant, and waiting in the line so we can go to the table, later on family came and one of the workers told them to sit down wherever they want, and we came first but didn’t tells us anything so we told her why you do say anything to us and she ignored us. We sit in the table and wait couple of minutes and the lady came take our order and we ate and left. I think the worker who had tattoo in her hand doesn’t like Muslim people, but in any reason she shouldn’t do that to us and she talks to people and take their orders happy but not to us. We won’t come here again and get treated like this again. Please be nice to people no matter what their religion is.

I was at Waffle House today at 12:00. BE CAREFUL!!!!!!!!with this establishment; they charge money to your account without your permission. My receipt was for $30.50. I left $3 for the waitress because she only took the order and didn’t come back. When I paid, I gave my receipt to another waitress, and she charged me $33.50. Later, I checked my card, and they had charged $40.20 without my authorization. I went back to complain, and the manager told me that the charge hadn’t been applied. My bank sent me proof of the charge. Be very careful. I suggest you pay in cash before you get robbed. I don’t care about the money, but I do care about the abuse they committed.I have proof from my bank where they made the charge of 40.20

On our way home to Aurora, Illinois, we always find a Waffle House to eat at. (Please come to Illinois, Waffle House!) The employees at this location enjoy their job and it shows in their work and in how they treat customers. We felt like family. And of course the waffles are amazing! In fact, this location cooked the best one I ever had. It’s definitely worth going 3 miles off the interstate to eat here.

I was pleased to see that the restaurant had a full staff working well together & had new hires in training. Not very crowded, as it was in between meal hours. I sat at the counter & watched them work to fix my meal & others. I was impressed. All employees were very friendly & helpful. My food was very good, not greasy, & presented well. My only negative comment would be that the supervisor on duty at any point of a shift, should be able to provide clean aprons for employees that may be wearing a dirty one. Aprons may need to be changed every 4 hours or so, depending on how greasy it is.
