Came here for a bagel this morning. What a sweet group of ladies. The warm smiles the quick service…..will for sure return. Thank you for being great. Ohh…the everything bagel was 5 stars!

Came back again today. Met the owner again…Who I’ve met at the other location…what a kind man. Can’t say enough about how sweet these folks are. I hope everyone will come in and have a bagel and get a smile.

Impeccable service, food and atmosphere. The manager/cashier had amazing suggestions and really knew her stuff. Super pleasant demeanor too.
The owner , Eric Wheeler, was even there personally greeting and chatting up customers. So cool.
Never would’ve thought to try cinnamon raisin bagel with a ham egg and cheese bagel sandwich but it puts McGriddles to shame.

I have been a regular at Wheelers bagels for a few months now, I love the place! Today I went, my son ended up falling asleep in the car so I called them in the parking lot asking if I could order and have then bring it out to me. They did that for me no question! The service and food is always amazing! And the prices are also great !

Yes, they have bagels in Johnson City, and I guess the bagel competition is steaming up. The bagels were good, but the cream cheese was generous. The service was excellent, and the history is fascinating. I highly recommend you visit and find your favorite. Just be aware that the breakfast bagels contain egg, so if you don’t like egg, opt for the non-breakfast version.
I did not try the Shelley drink, but I hear Shelly is the proprietors wife who also an ex- police person so it’s glad to see the community coming together for the love of carbohydrates .

Ive been here multiple times. Their bagels are homemade and fantastic. Their cream cheese is also made in house and they have many flavors. I also love their muffins. A little pricey but totally worth it. As someone who used to live in NY its very much like a NY bagel store. The owner is super nice. Highly recommend!

Bagels are great, that’s not the problem. Problem is going in at 11:30 am on a Saturday morning,.. and they are out of most bagels ! Those baskets should be full until 2pm.. at end of day either discount or reduce price following day for day old bagels. But still, great NY style .

Bagel wasn’t fresh today, The topping I ordered was not what I got. The coffee not fresh. In the past, it has always been good but today was different. Also, the place could use a good cleaning. Floors dirty, cream dispenser dirty, tables and counters dirty. Maybe the weather impacted some of these things

Went today for a few orders. 3 in total. Called before and everything was fine. When arriving the girl with black hair at the register was extremely disrespectful. She acted as if I inconvenienced her by being there. Worst experience I’ve had there ever. She needs to go.

I don’t review a lot of businesses, but today I received the best, most considerate service I’ve ever had at an establishment. I brought my one-year-old son with me to pick up a call-in order. Naturally, I had him in my arms and wasn’t 100% sure how I would get everything from the restaurant to my car. However, without me saying a word, the woman who checked us out put my drinks in a carrier to make them easier to carry and placed my bagels in a bag with handles. She then went out of her way to cross the store and open the door for me.
It might not seem like much, but as a first-time mom, I’ve struggled in so many places to accomplish simple tasks with my baby. Little gestures like that really make someone feel valued. I cannot recommend Wheeler’s enough for their food, and now I have to add their excellent service to the list of reasons why we love this place.

A classic bagel shop with friendly, quick staff. I ordered a Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Plain Bagel and a Cubano.
It is exquisite. I’m in love with this breakfast bagel. It’s both terrible and wonderful that I’m not nearby. I would be here every single day.
There’s a red light nearby, so no worries about turning onto the main street. There’s also plenty of parking.
