This location is a mixed review. Mostly they pay attention to the drive-thru and app orders. If you’re there at the counter you sometimes get service readily or sometimes you wait 10 minutes. I will add the people who work there are friendly and doing the best they can. I do like going in to this location – the donuts are very good

My husband and I went this morning after a procedure I had at the hospital across the street and we decided to sit down and eat inside, the cashier was extremely rude and unpleasant with several of the customers. She should realize what location she works at, she is going to get alot of people who are dealing with very heavy emotional stress. Be a little nicer and more patient or work in the back where you don’t deal with people. I ended up cancelling my whole order I had started because of how rude she was.

I took my youngest son for a couple donuts . It was very special treat for him. The two gentlemen working in the place were working like lightning. The salesman working the counter was very engaging with my son. This was on a day when they were closing early because of an ice storm coming. I could tell they were a bit stressed but they still took the time to have excellent customer service. Thanks guys it meant a lot.

Ms. Norma and Pedro provided the best customer services I have EVER received. The amount of care and kindness they gave while I told them my mom was in the hospital, was more than I expected. This is the worst Dunkin’ in America.
I ordered a Brown Sugar Shakin’ Espresso and got straight-up trash.
There was no coffee and no syrup — it was literally just water and milk.
The employees were extremely rude. She snapped at me for not picking up the order immediately — it was only a few minutes — and somehow blamed that for ruining my drink.
The staff looked dirty, with unclean hands and smelling like alcohol.

The staff were very welcoming and cheerful especially the young man that worked the register. Food came out quick and he delivered our coffee to our table which I thought was a nice gesture.

For context: Drive-thru at 8:00 am on a weekday morning. Ordered large black coffee (which was just ok) and a bacon/egg/cheese croissant. The croissant was nearly inedible. Lukewarm from sitting under a heat lamp, simultaneously soggy and rock-hard with almost no taste. This place has got to only be in business because it sits across from the hospital. Will NOT be returnjng.

Ordered 2 drinks and donut holes through the app at 3:40pm on Saturday. Pulled up to the window to get my order at 3:47 and the two workers told me they “kept trying to give the drinks away” because they “didn’t know where I was”. I was shocked and just said sorry and drove off. One was correct, one was missing the whipped cream on top. They also didn’t give me the donut holes. Definitely didn’t want to go back to correct the drink or get the donut holes since it seemed like me getting there 7 minutes after I ordered was already an issue. First and last time going there.

Food (coffee) was great however while me and my partner were sitting down talking about ordering on the app, thestore employees multiple times aksed us if we were going to order something or if we were just gonna sit there, I told her we are and to give us min. Said some words to my partner that the staff didn’t like and told me to leave if I was going to talk like that about the staff. Order was placed, and then I left. I walked in later to gwt tgw order to wich i was told they are not serving me and no refunds and to leave. I called the police for theft and imagine that they started acting right once they were about to be in trouble. 4 cops showed up, and I will not be returing and making sure others dont as well. This visit was on 12/02/2025 at 4p. Don’t know the names of the store employees but this will not be the end of it, I will make it mh personal mission to make sure that rude employee and the one who jumped in the middle of it starting more stuff are delta with according to the fullest extent of the law possible and hopefully they learn to act right, at another place of employment because they do not deserve to work there acting like that. Coffee was great but still not going back.
