Absolutely loved our experience here! Had the beef fried rice, salt and pepper squid, cucumber salad and miso banoffee wantons. Everything was fresh and delicious!
The staff were friendly and welcoming, and we were seated near the partially open windows overlooking the wharf. It was just so beautiful.

Took my partner for his Bday lunch. Fabulous waitress….she was very efficient but friendly smiling. She knew her service standing out from the usual waitresses I have experienced.
The only slight prob was the butter chicken was too spicy for me and couldent eat it…was so looking forward to it too next time will choose something else.

I went with my family for a shared dinner experience and throughly enjoyed myself (my family also). The young waitress was extremely wonderful and super pleasant. The food arrived nice and quick and was delicious. Not sure if it’s family owned but it felt like a family atmosphere!
Highly recommend a visit, the dim sums were delicious.

I love this restaurant, the service is great. They always ask how the food was. And staff is friendly and accompdating. Also the masala prawns and crispy squid, and the froed chicken was good.

Yummy bday treat from the brother and sister in law tonight.
Service was super friendly, and relatively attentive. Food was quick, and it really had a wide range of eastern cuisines on the menu.
Faves from us was the Tuna Tataki (super fresh and beautiful colour) and the Kimchi Loaded fries & Banofie Wontons are a must have. Can’t beat a crunchy chip in super fresh oil.
Super cute mini bao buns too, saves cutting them in half for sharing plates.
Will be back to try the Sake Sours.

I was lucky enough to receive some gift vouchers for dining experience at Bam Boo, I’m happy to say it did not disappoint. The service was exceptional, a good selection of food which was all delicious, in a nice relaxing atmosphere made it an experience that I will be happy to repeat very often in the future. Rocked up with our family of five plus a dog without a booking and were able to use the deck area by the entrance.
Service was excellent, and the food was superb. My home suburb has a plethora of eateries devoted to Asian or Asian-fusion cuisine from a number of cultures with a number of delicious dishes. Which is to say that I’m not normally impressed by this style of food. Bam Boo easily smashed its way into the “colour me impressed” space of my brain.
We just had a bunch of small dishes shared across the table. Korean chicken was delicious, the loaded fries with kimchi on them were a delightful surprise. Cauliflower was yummy and the steamed buns with pork belly were top tier.
Strongly recommended if you’re in the area. Good portions, lovely people, scrummy and delicous food.
