I am disappointed with what happened when I received my order today. I live 40 minutes away and when I got home with dinner the fried pickles were apparently so hot that they melted through the box and almost through the second. Easily could have burned myself had I dug into them immediately. We didn’t feel comfortable eating them so ended up throwing them away. This location is the only zaxbys me and my husband order from because the food always tastes delicious and comes out right. I hate leaving not great reviews but this was a first for us.

This location seriously needs some management that cares just a little bit about food quality and service. The chicken on the salads was hard and overcooked, the egg rolls were hard as a rock from being either overcooked or just old. Not to mention the extra dressings I paid for were not in the bag. Im done with Zaxbys Soddy Daisy.

Got food for dinner, ordered the new chicken tacos and got the absolute smallest tenders ive ever seen in my life, they were about 2 inches long and barely covered even half the taco, not to mention almost no sauce or Pico de gallo in it. Ordered a paid container of their zax sauce and they charged for it but didnt give it

Worst Zaxby’s I’ve ever been too. Waited 20 mins pass the time my food was suppose to be ready. Kid at register has no clue what he is doing! Standing off in LaLa land waiting on direction from someone. Will not visit this location ever again that’s for sure!

I normally don’t eat at Zaxby’s, but my wife likes it, so we went. We both had one of their Zacational Salads (or whatever they call it). It’s actually a pretty good salad, and I’d eat it again. The staff, however, was not the least bit cordial, or friendly. They weren’t rude, just no smiles, or friendliness. There were some dirty tables in the dining room, that no one made an effort to clean. It was an hour before closing, so maybe they were just going to wait and clean everything at once, still wasn’t a very good look, though. I spent 15 years as a restaurant manager and Supervisor, so I understand that it’s getting late, the staff has probably been there for awhile, they all want to go home, but you still have to think about the image of the restaurant, and be friendly right up to the last guest of the day.
