Update: There’s no chicken in the chicken Caesar wrap. Do not bother coming to this location it’s not worth it. I’m literally eating lettuce in a tortilla.
It’s going to take a lot for me to come back- I work around the corner. This location usually is fantastic but in the last three months it has gone downhill. Every order I have placed in the app has been wrong incorrect or missing items, customization not followed ect. Today I decided to order in-store to see if that made a difference, For having nobody in line, it took nearly 6 minutes for their manager to finish, counting the till and acknowledge that I had walked into their establishment and needed to place an order- while 3 other employees were walking around and talking. Finally get to place the order, paid walked to the waiting area. They proceed to make six different sandwiches before mine for people who are not physically at the location while I’m standing in front of them waiting.. I finally received the wrap- poorly constructed not properly folded compared to how it normally is, significantly smaller than usual, missing meat, lettuce, and cheese. For a $12 sandwich I expect more I will not be back to this location- especially with Jersey Mikes across the street with top tier customer service!

I’m rarely compelled to leave a negative review but this sandwich really chaffed me. I spent $10 to get almost no meat on this Turkey Tom. I usually check reviews before going but I didn’t this time. Now I can see this is a recurring theme. Don’t go here, the prices are higher than other locations and clearly they’ve been instructed to cheap out on the meats. Jersey Mike’s is right across the street.

I ordered two #12 club subs and they were both slightly modified. What I received was the modified clubs although there was one major issue…. There was absolutely no meat on either sandwich!! How do you take such consideration into the toppings, then just … to hell with the meat they selected. THE MEAT IS THE ONLY THING YOU SHOULDN’T MESS UP! This is completely unacceptable and comical to say the least..I am so upset because I truly love jimmy johns.

Today I went in for a cookie since I already had lunch and so I go in and the atmosphere is very welcoming as I see others eating and employees small talking while making sandwiches, so I get my cookie and it turns out I had rewards for it and the cashier applied it super quickly I could barely get a thank you out and it was done, all with the cashier giving an award winning smile. I was just so satisfied with how smoothly and nicely everything went that I had to leave a review. Although I had sandwiches here before with no issues on my order, the speed and service of this transaction gave me the pep to leave a review.

Quickly made and fresh. They offer day old breads If they have them. We used them later in the evening for garlic bread. They have wraps and sandwiches. Chips are available and drinks. Nice clean place w plenty of seating.

The store opened last week and today I went to the shop and ordered a sandwich. First, it is much more expensive compared to other JJ stores. The McKinney store on 380 (2014 W University Dr) sells the same sandwich for $8.69 and these guy at Prosper store sell them $9.17, unbelievable. Also, they do not add enough tomato or pickles and forgot my Oregano and other toppings that I asked for. Very disappointing.

This place is fantastic! We called at 9:30am with an emergency order for 40 subs by 11am and they were able to do that and make us an additional 8! Nathan was fantastic!

I’m posting this in hopes it reaches management. Sebastian, let me tell you what about this employee!! If he is not already the store manager, MAKE HIM IT! He also deserves a nice raise. He is the most polite young man I’ve ever met. We have never personally met but I do order pick up frequently, always the same meal… the store was slammed this evening and he is the only one on the floor, possibly in the store. And he was killing it with the orders. I work in customer service and would have been personally frazzled but Sebastian got everyone’s orders in extremely quickly. He was polite to the couple in front of me and behind me. He knew my last name and treated me as Ms Cook.
