Waited over 30 min in line. 3 cars left behind me. And it wasn’t even the bagel that took that long it was the drinks. I asked for one small drink and a medium. The girl working 12/22 230pm hands me 2 smalls I tell her the one is supposed to be a medium she starts adding stuff into it hands it back to me and it taste like straight sugar. I ordered a spotted owl I don’t even know what I got. It was almost 7$ so I go back in and the 2 girls gave me a hard time and re made the drink just for it to taste even nastier. I try to tell the girl at the drive thru that she accidentally made the one drink with almond milk she told me no. It in fact taste like almond milk. She made the wrong one with almond milk. 40 min just to have 2 nasty drinks. I absolutely loved this biggby. I went last month and waited inside for again over 40 min. 3 GROUPS of people plus single people got their drinks and food before I did. I had to go up and ask them. Pretty much a waste of time and money going there now a days. 100% do not recommend

While wait times may be up I truly believe it’s due to them making sure the drinks are accurate, I enjoy the flavor compared to the biggbys in Battle Creek specifically the ones owned by Some guy named Charles. From what I see his employees are miserable to be there,which makes me go to the Marshall location for a simple coffee one of my favorite Baristas is Lexi, she’s upbeat and friendly, and genuinely seems like she enjoys her job, which you don’t see too often in the Biggby industry. Whatever you guys are doing, keep it up!

My foreman and I come to this location 2-3 times a week and always get a coffee and sandwich. The food is amazing, coffee is always fresh and the service is outstanding! Big shout out to Dakota, Maddie and Shar! Excellent teamwork

Ladies are great. But the service is a bit ridiculous. Last two times I’ve gone in I’ve sat in the lobby for 15-20 mins. Just to get my coffees wrong. My sister went in the next day and they got hers wrong also. Training needs to be a little bit better and consistency is the key.
*I was sent some free drink coupons after this. I went in a few times and it seemed too ok. Until the other day. I sat for 7 mins waiting for anyone to take my order. Than pulled to the window to sit for another almost 10 mins. There was one lady attempting to make coffee. She was lost. Had no help. She was using her hands to wipe the espresso cup off. I did not see one other employee. This girl was not trained. Should not of been left alone. After almost 20 mins. I left. Someone needs to get in that store and run it correctly. It needs a lot of hep.

We come here pretty often and really enjoy the drinks! I completely understand that things can get busy and orders may take time. However, even when there’s little to no line, sometimes just one or two cars, it usually takes around 10–20 minutes for two drinks, whether we order ahead for pickup or go through the drive-thru. For pickup they put my order as ready while I was still waiting for my drinks. If it were during a rush, that would totally make sense, but a lot of times we come it seems like only one person is making drinks while another is just at the window waiting.

Went here on the way home from Firekeepers November 16th. Tried ordering 2 coffees but they said my card didn’t go through twice, even though the machine made the sound. Said they couldn’t accept cards so we left. Looked at my statement and we’re charged twice.
