Really bad experience from here. Slow drive thru and the coffee tasted awful compared to the other locations. Customer service was even worse, I wish I could remove my $1 tip that I was all but guilted in to giving for a $5 cold brew. Skip this exit on your next trip

Since they remodeled the building and most likely hired a new team a baristas, service there became REALLY slow. Be ready to wait your drink 10

First, let me explain the 1 star when the other stuff is rated higher. There was nothing wrong with my beverage, the woman I spoke was super nice and she seemed great at her job. But…

I’m torn on this but here is my story. I was going to visit friends in Philly, and since I was leaving a little earlier than normal, I figured I would grab a drink from this Starbucks since it’s on the way. I got it in the drive through, the woman was very nice and I didn’t have to wait, so I have no complaints about that. I get on the road, I’m on the highway and I pick it up to take a sip only to have it explode all over me and all over my car. They had either given me a cup with a crinkled rim around the top, or mangled it when they put the lid on, but that will always cause that to happen to the cup. The cup has no stability if you damage the rim, it won’t hold the top on and the pressure of just picking up the cup will make it fold in your hands. I was already on the way, so I stopped at gas station and spent the next 25 minutes cleaning my car. Then I got to spend the day with my friends, with a giant coffee stain on my pants.

You can’t give customers bad cups like that. As it stands it ruined those pants and now my car smells like old coffee permanently, unless I want to disassemble the center console of my car go get what seeped inside it cleaned off.

So I was having issues with my Starbucks grande iced shaken espresso drink coming to me by door dash. Told them what happened. And today they came through and balanced out my grande cup with a big cup with ice in it! Thank you, Starbucks team! God bless!

I can understand why Starbucks Corporation is not doing well. It is very expensive and the food is mediocre compared to what it was when they started. They were successful because they were an upscale specialty coffeehouse. Now they are a one of the mills fast food place to grab an expensive cup of coffee. Starbucks used to be my favorite place, now it disappoints me every time I stop there …which are fewer and fewer times. I had a macchiato coffee and in a bag, a tiny cheap bagel with cream cheese in a tiny tub along with a plastic knife. I purchased this at the drive-in window and they didn’t even put the cream cheese on the bagel… how did they expected me too, put the cream cheese on the bagel in the car? I hoped I was paying for service & quality. Instead I got disappointed again.

Never had a bad Starbucks experience before now, I asked for 5 matcha for reference and I always get the exact same drink every order custom, so I know how it’s supposed to taste. Always tastes the same. Tonight I came in around 8:30, close to close and I apologized in advance and I understand it was late. This isn’t really excusable. First drink (lighter color) was quite literally mostly foam, I didn’t drink any of either of these for reference, just a sip to taste it and then let them melt until I got home. I go in and ask them to remake it very politely saying sorry but it’s mostly foam. They apologize and remake the drink, and I get the dark one, which tastes atrocious. Way too much matcha, even for five scoops. I can’t even drink it, and it’s extremely low as well, also had a lot of foam in it. Overall, I felt bad to even bother (I don’t complain about drinks), but this is just awful and I want a refund at this point. I mean really, the pictures says it all.
