After my out of town appointment, I visited Casa Mexicana between lunch and dinner. Being in between popular times, the staff was minimal but still helpful and accommodating?
I ordered a shrimp burrito; it was stuffed full of shrimp and came with beans, cheese, salad, and rice. I asked for some avocado, which was sliced and placed on top. When the chef brought my plate out, it was so full you couldn’t even see the burrito. I really enjoyed working my way through this whole plate of food.
The restaurant was clean, brightly colored and the staff was friendly.

I ordered a to-go dinner: “Shrimp Fajita for two”. I did not open the cooked shrimp pan until arriving back at our cabin, only to find that it was an oily mix of shrimp (albeit many), green peppers, and onion. There was no finely cut tomato in the cooked mixture as every other Mexican cuisine restaurants does. Truly missing the full flavor, it was rather bland. Unfortunately the holiday cabin was over 30 miles away so we could not just turn around and go back with the food. We do not live in the area so we won’t get to personally share our experience.

Very nice Mexican decor. Good atmosphere. The food was average and priced very reasonably but very slow service. He tried and was pleasant but he had too many tables and he was busy with a few tables of six. I don’t think there were any other servers. I don’t plan on coming back as there are too many other choice in this area.

The service was exceptional and the decor is amazing, but the food left alot to be desired. Not that good. The chile relleno was the only tasty menu item I ordered. They do not bread their’s, but it was so much better to me that way.

Friendly greeting when we entered. Got a table quickly. Middle table was crowding the walkway so a wheel chair couldn’t get through. Service was not great. Two of our orders weren’t correct. Food was good.
