Always enjoy the wings from here as the flavor is very good. My issue continues to be that the store doesn’t put the correct labels on the boxes showing what flavor is in each box. I bring this up to the employees at the store and all they do is make excuses. I wish there was another Wingstop location close to me cause I would go there instead. When you express concern as a customer and the employees there refused to really acknowledge your concern and tell you that they will try to make a change that’s not customer friendly.

Im a little late to the flavor game but it has quickly become my favorite place for chicken.

Customer service is ehh at best. Food is ok, a little questionable that they just leave their precooked food in the fryer for however long and just drop it back in the fryer to heat up when ordered.

This store needs a revamp, apparently no one can answer a phone or count.
Told the guy when I drove back up that they miscounted and he just went back and got 2 random 10 piece wings and handed them to me. Then dude just disappeared to the back, everyone else was clueless, and on another note employees should not be touching each other in front of guests

First time visiting any Wingstop. For the price, I wasn’t really impressed. The chicken left a lot to be desired in terms of flavor and how well the frying crisped up the breading. I’ll have to try other locations but I’m not in a hurry

I was waiting for my food for 30 minutes. Absolutely unbelievable, another customer came in about 10 minutes after me and received their order first. On top of that many people who had done pick up were waiting for them as well! I was told it would be a 10 minute wait, there was only two people working when I first ordered, then one associate came from outside and started touching the food , then another associate came out the bathroom 25 minutes after I had ordered. Overall it was an absolutely horrible wait and completely unacceptable sanitation.
