The service is really good and I like that young people who are serving. They do a great job! I just can’t go here often since most of the smoothies are so high in carbs. I splurged this visit and had a peanut butter cup. Yum!

Stopped by yesterday for smoothies and always enjoy the Bahama Mama. My absolute favorite! I’ve tried several others, and they are all good but I will stick with Bamaha Mama. Nothing beats it! I’ve had some of their food options in the past and they were good as well. I don’t drink coffee so smoothies are my go-to drink when I want to splurge. The place is always clean and the vibe is super cute! The cashier was extremely nice. The team does a good job of ensuring the cups are full with the smoothie, not just 90%. If I had to share any negatives, it would be that the person who handed me my smoothie was less inviting, maybe just tired and I had to order in-store vs through the App because the coupon would not work, otherwise love this Tropical Smoothie location!

I love this place! They have the BEST mocha flavored smoothie and foreign inspired meals. My only gripe is for someone autistic, the combination of bright lights, loud music, and blenders going is a bit overwhelming and I had a bit of a hard time comprehending the menu through that. They do have menus for you to take home and read over before you get there though for next time, and you’ll probably want to come back for a next time;)

STILL WAITING 45 minutes waiting for 2 drinks with no explanation from the 5 staff members working. Horrible. Cashier telling everyone after us its only a 15 minute wait. I walked up and she said its still on the list to be made. Very unacceptable all around. They brought a cookie to split between us for the inconvenience that the order didn’t print to be made. I placed the order in person.

Specifically asked for extra ranch on the side & the girl making the food drenched my wrap in ranch rendering it inedible. She also tossed my food bag at me. I was not rude in anyway. I even left them a $5 tip. Won’t be back unless she’s let go. That is unacceptable behavior.

Rushing to get dressed I entered the wrong address and the store gave the correct one to driver and my order was delivered before I have to leave for work!!! Awesome job to you all working right now!!! I’m only missing a straw lol!

I haven’t been here in 7 years due to work location. The smoothies are still good, as always. The service was fast and friendly. The food wasn’t all that to talk about. It could use some tweaking. My Baja wrap was more like a lettuce burrito. Maybe I came on a bad day.
