l do love coming here! Employees are always so nice. However, the new hires need a bit more training. I asked for dressing on the side of my salad but charged me for a side. I was told, “you are charged for everything you asked for”. Cava can do better.

I love CAVA but this location is disappointing. The girl making my food put some reeeally gross wilted, slimy salad mix in my bowl. I had to pick all of it out. And on top of that, every time I go the bathrooms are very dirty and disgusting.
The food is delicious aside from the rotten greens hoping it’s better next time.

I’ve been to this location twice, once to go and once to dine in. I placed both orders with the app which was nice so I can explore all the options without the stress of waiting in line. The app is pretty unique in the way it shows what costs extra and updates to show cost of adding more. And the ability to add as many ingredients as you like is awesome.
I see some people complain that they didn’t get a lot of food in their bowl but I think they just didn’t choose many ingredients to fill it. If you pack it up with everything nutritious they offer, you’re going to have a full bowl that’s difficult to finish in one sitting. However the employee that served me did mention that you can request more of the free items at no extra charge, so even if you order in the app, just go in quickly so you can watch them prepare it and don’t be afraid to ask what their policy is for filling it up.
I was super happy with my order each time and really enjoyed all the flavors and variety of ingredients. Definitely a place to keep coming back as a healthy, filling and delicious alternative to the average fast food restaurant.

This is my favorite Cava location by far! Mya and Mer on the counter are always so sweet anytime my family comes in! I have the same exact order every time I go to Cava and I SWEAR they somehow make it better than any other one. Love love love

My husband and I cannot get enough of Cava. We drive down from Willis occasionally to pick up a few BYO bowls for dinner. We always have a pleasant experience with the staff and the food is always fresh. We decided to drive down for dinner tonight and bring my husbands mom as she is from out of town and never tried or heard of Cava before. She loved it. Fingers crossed that they will pop up a location over by us in Conroe/ Willis soon.
