Food was perfect. On point. No mistakes. No complaints.
Service was the best service I’ve received in a fast food line.
Atmosphere. We didn’t go inside but because of the incredible drive-thru chick, it didn’t matter. The entirety of that organization, that exact location gets five stars.
This Taco Bell snags 5 stars due to the perpetually positive Vanessa.
After ordering our food and driving around, the double Windows for the drive-thru popped open revealing the smiling face of an employee.
That employee ended up being Vanessa.
We were greeted, asked if there’s anything extra we needed.
No matter what Taco Bell I’ve ever gone to, when I ask for sauce, I’ll get 2-4 packets.
So I stated, “May I please have a bunch of sauce packets? We tend to not receive them often. Whatever you can spare.”
Vanessa, with all the chipperness and giving spirit one could expect in Santa Claus, came through full force.
Vanessa was not cheap on those packets. While smiling, she enthusiastically grabbed a handful of sauce packets, placed them in our bag and gave us our food.
Cheers Vanessa. I hope one day you see this. May the world be blessed with your smiling face way more often.

After Seth left this Taco Bell we thought there would be a hole in our hearts that could never be filled. However, the staff at this location has been incredible, warm, and efficient. We no longer mourn what we lost but celebrate all we have! Ummehani is a ray of sunshine that makes our Taco Tuesdays from the office a sincere joy. Thank you so much for all you do.

Was standing at the counter for 5 minutes while the manager counted 2 register draws and never even greeted me or say I,LL be right with you! Clueless , she was big and dark with black wavy hair and wore a blue shirt, she should be reprimanded but who can I report her too? I like taco Bell and have been many times , This time I felt like for a manager they should be better trained in dealing with customers, This place just felt uninviting and the Manager should go back into training to better greet a customer,I honestly felt she did that on purpose!

I used Taco no app to order my food. I got there 15 minutes later and Order pick up shelf was empty so I figured they’re still making my food. 15 minutes pass by and one employee asks what my name was 5 minutes later the same employee comes back to confirm if I placed the order in the right location. I showed her my order on my phone then she called the manager. The manager also asked to see the order on my phone and she did something on the computer and walked away without saying anything. After another 7 minutes or so he came back with a bag of food. When I got home all of my items had missing ingredients like tomatoes sour cream and cheese. There’s another Taco Bell in Parsippany and that one is horrible also. I was hoping that this new one would be better.

i order from this specific Taco Bell and i got to say they never disappoint. always greeted with a smile and the service is top notch. you can tell that care about their customers and it shows with the food and service they provide. THANK YOU EMPLOYEES YOU ARE AMAZING

Folks in my household have been here probably about 10 times total, and about 7 out of 10 times the order has been wrong (for dine in and take out). The new location is beautiful and convenient but there should not be this many errors with the food, especially when the restaurant is slow/when there is no wait. Considering going back to the one down the street instead.

Just went to go pick up a mobile order and they were missing multiple things in my order and I asked the lady at the window to correct it and the type of face that she made me was so horrible that it made me want to yell at her but I did not cuz I have some class. Here is a note for that lady you’re in the restaurant industry which means the service industry which means if you mess up and you need to correct your mistake do it with a smile.

New location is beautiful! They have to work out a few kinks though. They forgot some ingredients in our meals, the quesadillas weren’t warm enough so the cheese wasn’t melted. We also ordered 4 sauces and did not receive any and we didn’t realize til we got home (we should’ve checked the bag before leaving)
