Bamboo House in Franklin was a delightful find. I had a wonderful experience getting to know one of the owners, Season, while my to-go order was being prepared. The restaurant is small but warm and welcoming.When I arrived home, everything was packed neatly and securely—even stapled for reinforcement. I ordered the egg drop soup and was kindly given an extra soup to try, filled with mushrooms. Both soups had a subtle smoky undertone, possibly with a hint of turmeric, and were very comforting.The crab rangoon was perfectly creamy and crunchy, and the vegetable spring roll was crisp and flavorful. My chicken and vegetables dish was excellent—the vegetables were cut into thick strips with a nice snap, and the chicken was juicy, tender, and cubed, seasoned to perfection.This was my first visit, but there is so much more on the menu to try. I think I’ve found my new go-to Chinese restaurant!

I was very excited to find a place that serves stir fried udon noodles! It was so close to being perfect, but the sauce and chicken were unusually watery. Hoping I just got a bad batch and I’m willing to try again. I also tasted some of my partners hibachi chicken and it was delicious!
Edit: I went back a week later to get the hibachi chicken for myself. Absolutely delicious and a great portion! This is a new favorite of mine!

I saw this restaurant online and I was expecting it to be some mediocre food but I was wrong! I am in love with their fried rice it’s so yummy! The quality is top tier! Don’t even get me started on the General Tso’s Chicken Combo Plate!! The amount of food you get compared to the price is unmatched! I NEVER write reviews but Bamboo House has shocked me and people need to know about this place!!! I will be coming back if me and my 2 sons pass through on our holiday travels!!
