I know there just kids working but I ordered before someone and I only got a small and they got a large and a small there’s came out before mine. Then I’m drinking my smoothie and there is chucks of ice in it. (I have had the same problem here but I only came on Fridays so I’d always gave me them the benefit of the doubt.) I usually go to this location and don’t have an issue. I went in today and there were 3 employees working. Stood in line for about 10 minutes. One of the employees stated “All online orders are done first so we will be with you all after” then another 10 minutes or more go by, there’s about 7 people in line at this point. The lady in front of me complained and walked out, I left right behind her. Poor service.

This was absolutely terrible. I walked in 15 minutes prior to closing. They gave me a dirty look started talking about me back-and-forth to each other then proceeded to give me dirty looks I received my drink after it was done being made, and there was no flavor in it at all tasted like bread this is absolutely terrible. Will never be going back. I even tipped her 25% and still was rude and made my drink taste like crap

Had to up this to 5 stars, I felt the urge to go back there again and tried another flavor, which was as good as the one I had the other day. The young woman who waited on me not only used the coupon from the survey I took but then told me that I needed to join the app and there would be so much more you could get. I’m already looking forward to another visit, too. They have great service and are just very friendly that, had I had the time I think I would have stayed there and enjoyed their company at the same time. Tonight’s flavor was raspberry, strawberries, and was just great fun start to finish.

This location is immaculately clean! The person behind the counter expertly talked me through the multiple options available and made a suggestion based on my needs. She pulled all the ingredients together and crafted an absolutely delicious smoothie! I will definitely return!

Pretty sure the angel food smoothie I ordered had old banana in it. I can’t even drink it. In the trash it goes. Very disappointed.

Always come in around 7AM after a workout and I always look forward to coming in. The ladies that run the counter are so friendly and I always look forward on talking to them and the thing I always I enjoy is that every time I walk in it’s always a pleasant fruity and dessert smell!
