Dropped in for dinner here yesterday, after a full day at Longwood Gardens (5 miles away).
Glad that we chose to come here for dinner! It is located in “Strip Mall” with lots of parking available upfront.
The premises itself is very tastefully decorated with a very warm inviting vibe.
Ot provides large classy copper glasses for beverages – instead of disposable ones.
The service is very proactive, professional and friendly.
We ordered a large (15″) Veggie pie between the two of us – outstanding pizza!! Delicious!! The crust was light and crispy and the ingredients were fresh and top notch.
The condiments were served in marble holders with small brass spoons – complimented the copper glasses. Very classy!!
Dillon was very engaging and friendly with his service!
They have an extensive menu – without printed prices – which they gladly mention when asked for. (Due to fluctuating prices on items)

Let’s talk about Pat’s Kitchen. This is an all around solid experience. Presentation tells me a lot about a pizza. Opening these boxes, I knew i was in for a treat.
Pepperoni very solid, and Peps that are good quality should give you a little flavored grease. Pat’s has some tasty Pepperonis, very good cheese, a dough that has a nice chew but not tough. The way it’s supposed to be.
Their cheese was very good! Metly but not stringy. I’m not looking for an insane cheese pull. I want quality, taste and some color on top. Those little brown spots are crucial on a cheese pie.
Pat’s sauce and crust really steal the show. Sauce has a nice tang, not sweet, not bitter either tho, that’s important. The crust tho, that last bite with the sauce, cheese, and the crust This is where the magic happens.
Pat’s is good money spent, supporting locals is what I’m about, and Pat’s will earn your business, money and respect. So yes, money well spent.

Absolutely love love this place!!! I frequent here with my family. The atmosphere is SO cozy, comfy, and CLEAN. It’s a very inviting environment and relaxing. The food is incredible. I often get the cheesesteak and I usually never eat regular cheesesteaks (I’m a chicken cheesesteak gal), but the ones here are so good. The owner, as well as all of the staff, are so incredibly friendly and their customer service is superb. Definitely 100/10 recommend this spot!

We celebrated my daughter’s 9th birthday here with her friends, and it was a wonderful experience. About 10 kids made their own pizzas, which they absolutely loved. Everything went smoothly, and the staff made the experience easy and enjoyable. We took lots of photos and videos that made the day truly memorable.

I wish we had tried Pat’s sooner! The food is consistently delicious and fresh, and the portions are great. I usually get a make your own salad and have plenty for two meals. Dillon was very friendly and patient as I wrangled all of my orders together. We typically do take out, but the restaurant is cute and rustic and would be a nice place for a casual night out.

One of the best pizza and garlic knots I had at this place, clean sitting area and unmatched delicious taste. Staff is so polite and helpful. The old guy who bake pizza at this place very friendly and helpful, we were there around closing time but staff was not rushing at all and did treat very well.

My son in law found Pat’s and we gave it a try before the KSQ Holiday Light Parade. Food was great! Came out hot and everyone enjoyed their food. I had the Caprese Flatbread which was awesome! The owner was super friendly & attentive as well as the counter person. We are moving to the area next year & we will definitely make Pats our go to place!

The kids loved it and the owner, Emad, was so gracious and helpful and professional. The food was excellent, everything was very clean and top notch and his the staff was so pleasant and on top of things. We live in West Chester but would definitely make the trip out to enjoy Pat’s again!
