Normally I don’t care about poor service here and there I’ve worked customer service jobs for years. I get it but this location sucks so much, the staff sucks…everytime I order from here something is wrong or they actually FORGET to make my order. Once again…i had to wait because it wasn’t completed and I wasn’t even started when I arrived…The app confirmation said it would be ready by 5:59-6:04 but then the app said my order was ready at 5:40 and then I got an email confirmation stating the same thing. I got to the store at 5:50. The screen showed my order was done so I entered in my code 013 no pizza was in the box I asked when my order would be ready the app said it was. The person at the front desk said it’s almost ready. I processed to wait patiently for 15 minutes and watched 10 people come and go. I finally went back up and had to stop the front desk guy from disappearing and asked excuse me but how long until my order is ready? Guy goes oh let me check …um ok? After a few minutes he comes back and goes it’s coming now it’s coming….5 minutes later I get to leave. When I first arrived the staff should have been honest and said they forgot to Start it (AGAIN!!) or the app was wrong. Still would have sucked but almost ready does not equate to 20+ minutes.
When I got home more disappointment, it’s the wrong order yet again. I ordered 1 stuffed crust and 1 Slice N Sticks. I got 2 Slice N Sticks. I called to get a refund for the missing pizza but the lady who answered insisted I come back and get a replacement. Sorry but I don’t have time to do that, it’s a Sunday night then I was told to call back and press option S to speak with the manager for a refund.. S??….there is no option for S. I tried anyways, I was right there isn’t an option for S. I tried other ways just to see if I could get the manager nothing. At this point I’m pissed off and it sucks knowing that complaining about it wouldn’t make anything better anyways so I gave up. It is NOT hard to time manage, be honest, provide some kind of sufficient customer service and read a damn screen. The employees should REALLY stop marking orders as done before they even start them, this has happen SEVERAL times at this location or my order just some how disappears. If this is an app issue then the employees should at least voice that.

Usually my experience here is 4-5 stars. I only use mobile ordering and usually everything goes smoothly. Tonight, I placed my usual order and arrived at the store. Typically the order would be ready at this time, but it wasn’t, which was fine since I arrived a few minutes before the arrival time and they were a little busy. But I soon found out that they hadn’t even started on my order until I got there which was disappointing. The girl who helped me was dazed and inattentive. Many other people in the store had problems with their orders, like missing entire pizzas or other items with almost every order. I got my pizza about 15 minutes after the arrival time. I had to tell the employee my name multiple times before she allowed me to take my order, like I was speaking another language, which was strange and just made me more frustrated. When I got home, I noticed that the center of my pizza had almost no cheese or sauce on it. I kept my review up at 3 stars because this seems like a one time problem. I hope they continue with the good service I’ve experienced previously and train their employees or staff the store better.

Have you tried Pizza Sushi? If not this is the place! Do you like raw dough? Do you like pepperoni that might still be slightly alive? If so this is the spot! Why buy raw dough when you can pay for it here? Now.. please excuse me while I vomit uncontrollably from food (I use that term loosely) poisoning! Hakuna Matata!

I’ve given this store multiple opportunities to do better and every time myself or my room mate orders, it appears the quality and service keeps declining. Tonight, my room mate ordered a pepperoni pizza with EXTRA SAUCE AND LIGHT CHEESE. He text me saying he had to wait additional time because the alert he got that his pizza was ready, was wrong (a tactic they have been using at this store recently)– the pizza was still being made. If the store wants to cheat their order timer, fine, whatever, not my business. However, when he received his pizza they gave him EXTRA CHEESE and LIGHT SAUCE (they did this to me last time I was there and I’m lactose intolerant). So, he complained and told the manager that’s not what he order. He could hear the kitchen staff yelling asking, “Why doesn’t he like the pizza”? So, they remade the pizza. He gets the re-made version and they definitely gave him extra sauce, but I guess decided to throw a temper tantrum and SPRINKLED cheese on the pizza. It’s basically bread and sauce with pepperoni and a slight sprinkle of cheese. I’ve witnessed their attitudes myself last time and said I wasn’t ordering from here again– i’ll order from Big Daddy’s on 3300. My room mate isn’t even eating this. He threw it away and just drove off to grab food from somewhere else. Never going here again. This store has really declined.

So dishonest! I ordered a Hawaiian pizza, but when I got it, I realized it was pepperoni. I told them, but the manager was super rude and said he couldn’t do anything about it. He took the pizza and made me leave. I definitely don’t recommend this place!!

This has to be the worst Little Caesars I’ve ever been to but it’s cold hard breadsticks tiny ones and cold hard melts it will cupcake looking things I called them the manager there and he acted like he didn’t speak English or understand I complain about his food and he’s off so what do you want me to do about it and I talk to him and he said they’re on the line saying nothing I just until I hung up. I paid around $18 for 2 hours of breadsticks two little things is some crazy sauce I would not go here or get anything from this place if you paid me now they’re rude the food sucks and it’s time maybe something else moving to that location that considered the people better come on now $18 for bread and those little cheese and bread
