I used the pizza portal for the first time. I like how easy it is with the code. I also wanted to take home an additional cheese pizza. Love it hot and ready. I used the T-Mobile Tuesday day special for $3.00 pizza and sticks. Huge Score!!! They staff was super friendly and had everything ready. It is always a pleasure not cooking dinner.

This was the worst pizza I’ve had from here. I’ve had the pretzel pizza before and it was amazing. Ordered it today and it wasn’t even what I ordered. The crust was regular crust and they just put salt on the pizza. (I took a bite to make sure they just didn’t change the crust look) My pizza had cheese sauce but so little I could hardly taste it. I’m so mad and I really wanted the pretzel crust.

Asked for half sausage half pepperoni and was overcharged $5. The front service guy didn’t know how to work the system and called for a guy working in the back who also said it couldn’t be done without paying $15 total. I went online and you can totally do it for $10 under custom stuffed crust. This faculty needs a manager onsite to better train their staff. Order a special and one pizza was supposed to be a pretzel crust yet it looks like regular crust. The quality of their food has gone down TREMENDOUSLY!!!! My last two orders have been horrible and I won’t be back!!! I’ll go over to Plainfield because it’s way better!!! Pictures posted now tell me if you see a pretzel crust? Then look at how small the pizza puffs are, just ridiculous, smh. Don’t bother contacting corporate because they NEVER RESPOND BACK!!!!!!

My husband claimed the worker were just messing around, not answering phone calls , Nobody even acknowledged them until my youngest was complaining about waiting for so long.
Then told my husband they were waiting for out2 pizza which is totally okay.
What wasn’t okay, Is that when that one came out they never gave him the other pizza the was “ready” when he said something they gave him attitude until he showed them the receipt and it was just been sitting out in the cold in The back whole time.

We placed an order for a custom two topping pizza, and when we got home we saw it was just a cheese pizza. I called the store to get help but no one answered after quite some time. My husband drove back hoping to correct our order, but the cashier said it was our fault the order was wrong and that she would not help. She did not apologize for the inconvenience or volunteer to place a new order so that we got what we wanted. The sticker even read ‘custom round’, which we pointed out. We won’t be returning to this location – not even wanting to help us is inexcusable.

Not too bad for what it is. I walked in and was able to walk right back out with fresh pizza. The crust was a little under done and chewy, but all in all it wasn’t bad. The woman working the counter had a hard time with the language but was pleasant enough. When I head back out there I will stop back in, I’ll just request it well done.

I haven’t been to lil Ceaser in years but had taste for it. To be very very disappointed. For starters the guy who waited on me rung me up with gloves on and went and use the same gloves to make my pizza. After bringing it to his attention he denied it when I watched him. I cancelled my order immediately. While doing Soo he used the same gloves to cancel my order and wait on another customer after. To turn around and do the same thing to that customer. I will never be back. Oh did I say he coughed a few times with those same gloves on? Don’t waste your time or money here go elsewhere.
