The place is beautiful and the food is delicious but the service is trash unless you go there drive through. I always end up waiting 20 or more minutes just to tell them I need my mobile order. Sometime I just get back in my car and go through the drive through to pick up my counter order.

Why did they spend all the money on the remodel? If they weren’t going to fix the staffing issues, I’ve literally been sitting in the drive through for 27 minutes, and all I ordered was a $5 Duo bag and there are still two cars ahead of me.

door dash, free express delivery offer (due to previous store issue needing to cancel prior order) Food took almost an hour to arrive. Driver was at the burger king location when I ordered. It was only 3.6 miles away. I was charged full fee plus an additional ‘farther away fee’ Food was ill prepared and cold.

Worst Burger King location and that is saying something just short of miraculous. Over twenty five minutes in the drive thru line and it took like four just to hear a response from their intercom speaker with a sign turned off. Even after a total of twenty five minutes, they couldn’t even be competent enough to make their fries fresh or even remotely hot.

Incredible, actually unbelievable just how slow this place is. You’d think after waiting 10-15 min in a fast food drive through with only 3-4 cars ahead of you that the food would at least be hot. Not the case here. Somehow, beyond all comprehension, they manage to be slow as molasses and serve food just barely warm to eat. Kind of impressive in a way

It was 12:15 Monday afternoon, there was just one customer besides us. Looked like 5 people in kitchen.
There were several at drive-thru. Instead of taking orders as they came, the drive-thru was given priority. We ordered a #1 Whooper meal and a Jr Whooper with cheese. We waited appt 10 minutes and the coffee was lukewarm as were the sandwiches.
It Is a known fact that many people vote with their feet.
Our vote is not to return to this Burger King
If and when you decide to down size, I would suggest This is first one to close!

On the rare occasion we eat fast food, BK on Ashland Rd. always hits the spot. The food is hot, never skimpy on the condiments and the closing crew is polite and engaging. I practically beg my husband to go there on the way home late nights for a whopper from this location. Keep up the great work!

Nearly everytime I come here, either myself or another customer backs up out of the drive thru. Likely because the service is abhorrently slow, and the employees generally have poor attitudes, and the restaurant is never fully stocked to provide the entire menu. I can understand if it was managed by teenagers, but these are 40 somethings in flat bill hats and sharpie tattoos. I only continue to come here and order $25 worth of food, just so I can back out of the drive thru as soon as the woman behind the mic gets an attitude.
