False advertisement. They had the baby mugs advertised with prices on them. We went to purchase 2 and they tried to charge us 4.99 each instead of the advertised price of 2.99.
They would not honor the pricing either. Whomever owns this franchise needs to set their manager straight. We spent 45 dollars on food and they wouldnt honor their screw up.
Stay out of this restaurant. The food is way overpriced anyway.

The burgers felt like I was eating middle school cafeteria food. It wasn’t fresh. The cheese wasmt even melted. The fries were barely seasoned and didn’t taste good. There also was a bunch of flies around the drink station and in the restaurant and it isn’t even summer. I wouldn’t recommend. The only thing good was my friends pumpkin shake. Also these problems happened and the restaurant wasn’t even busy.

The food was anything but hot and fresh. Fries were cold and greasy. The burgers were cold, and very dry the cheese wasn’t even melted. The bun on the burger felt like it just came out of the refrigerator. The only thing I can say good about this restaurant is the self-serve drink station. The syrup to carbonated water ratio was mixed just right, not too much syrup or carbonated water. The girl behind the counter was a bit soft spoken so when an order came up she called out the customer’s name, but he didn’t hear it. I almost took it to him myself, but he finally came up and saw it on the counter.

Fan food, not fast food type of place.
Oh, they are pretty quick though! But no pre-made burgers or anything else. It’s fresh, juicy, flavorful, and great quality of meat and veggies. Same good old fashioned A&W root beer and soft serve vanilla ice cream for floats! Clean and tidy, staff is friendly and seemed well trained. GREAT customer service!

Honestly, it was pretty good. Super salty fries. They were not soggy at all. If you like salty fries. It was filling for fast food. 13 bucks.

Received a cheeseburger meal with a smashed up bun and broken burger patty without all of the toppings. Topped off with some cold fries. Lately wait times have also been around 45 minutes. I can completely being very busy and possibly understaffed, but the food quality shouldn’t be tossed out the window that much. I hope they improve again as we really used to enjoy going here.

Absolutely the worst fast food establishment that I’ve ever eaten at. Not only did they bring me the wrong food but it was burnt. I got pulled out front to wait on food and watched their workers bring the wrong orders to the two people before me and then they brought me the wrong food. Come on I’ve worked fast food pay attention and read the screen infront of your face to verify the orders. The fries had been sitting and tasted like stale. Save your money and go somewhere else. Didn’t include straws or napkins with our order and to put the icing on the cake the girl working the window didn’t tighten the lid on one of the sodas and it spilled all over me as I was putting it in the car. Whoever the manager is here is lucky that they still have a job because they aren’t training staff properly

I should have read the reviews first. Horrible mistake, should have gone to Wendys next door. Got the double bacon cheese burger and it had no flavor, patties looked old and it tasted as if someone dumped a ton of salt on it. So much I couldn’t even eat it. A&W use to be so good, now its a side job for KFC employees. such a same.

Didn’t cook my 8 piece chicken all the way so I called them and they said I could get another meal when I came back, so I rolled up today and the guy said they didn’t write my name down in the book so he wouldn’t be able to make it right, that’s messed up.
