I will never go to this location again the lady that answered the phone cussed me and when I asked for the manager she said they weren’t there then I asked for their name and she hung up on me!! What kind of customer service is that!!!! So when the manager sees this I need a response because she doesn’t need to be employed there anymore!! Posted a picture of my sub that was supposed to have extra meat on it!! Meat doesn’t even fill the roll!!! Very very unprofessional!!!

Every staff person I met was so nice! My husband says the food is better than Subway. 🙂 Love the soda selections, and the decor / music makes it fun to have a seat and eat.

Whoever is in charge during the evenings right now, specifically on 10/23/2025, is awesome! On a previous visit there was a minor imperfection in our order. We didn’t complain then. But when we went back this day because our Son wanted to eat there again because he loves the quality of food, she made everything even better than right, and was so super awesome with her team! She was so respectful! Everyone who came into the place while we were there also were treated to stellar service! I will go back and I hope you do too! They earned an honest 5 stars!

Food tastes very good as usual but want very happy with the customer service, it was taking forever for them to make my subs and after waiting for about 20 minutes I just asked one of the workers if they were making my sub, just wanted to make sure they hadn’t messed up and given it to someone else as that happens sometimes and then this worker by the name of Andrea (who I hear is head manager) rudely yelled at me and said “it’s coming!! We have a lot of hot subs to make today!!” In a tone like it was such a bother. I only asked once, I would understand getting annoyed if a customer kept asking over and over if their food was ready but I just asked once and that’s not very good customer service skills to talk down to a customer like that so yeah, not very happy about that, food is great and the rest of the employees were pleasant just need to teach some of the employees better customer service skills

Usually I love Jersey mikes but not here, 1 star, workers were taking orders from walk ins before online orders including myself I had to wait 45-60 minutes for a 15min/ASAP pickup order. My wife’s wrap she got had a couple jalapeño slices in it that was not supposed to be in there. That was unpleasant since she can’t handle spice very well. Also it was really messy behind the counter which is more understandable but still I mean it was chaos in there probably 10 people standing around waiting for there orders. No exaggeration.

I had an unpleasant experience at Jersey Mike’s Sub in Moorhead, Minnesota, on March 1, 2025, around 5:40 PM. My mom was still deciding on her order when a female employee became impatient and tried to rush her, being quite rude in the process. When my mom tried to pay with her card, the system was having issues, causing a delay. Despite the fact that my mom was trying to be patient, the employee gave her an annoyed stare instead of waiting politely, which only made the situation more uncomfortable. To top it off, my mom even tipped the employee, but the rudeness remained. It’s disappointing to see such poor customer service, and I hope this issue is addressed to ensure future customers are treated with more respect.

$91 to feed 5 people isn’t too bad to be honest. We could have went a bit cheaper had we gotten smaller sandwiches and such. As is, we had 2 meals in one sandwich for 3 of the people! The quality is nice and fresh, plus it tasted way better than a certain other sub place!

Just tried to message the owner, and the email bounced back as undeliverable due to a bad address. I’ve never been into the location, but have ordered through UberEats many times. Usually, the food arrives hot, tastes great, and is awesome. Our last order was a disappointment all-around. My sandwich was fine…My brownies didn’t arrive at all, and my significant other’s protein bowl was the wrong bowl, and loaded with things we specifically took off of it due to her digestive issues…She literally couldn’t eat any of it. UberEats wouldn’t workw ith us on a refund at all. I’ve called the location and spoken with Charlie and Alex, both good people. I was told initially that they couldn’t refund UberEats orders at the location level, but Charlie did call back and say he had an idea. Due to being ill, I wasn’t able to call back immediately, but called and spoke to Alex, who promised to call me back with a solution. In lookingat my call history to see if I’ve missed any calls, none from the location. Today, while I was out, my SO spoke to Jasmin, who was rude, dismissive, and threw down the phone on her. Over-all, I’ve been pleased with the restaurant, but this last experience has been disappointing.

Love Jersey mikes !!! However u can’t place an order after 8:30pm for pick up. That’s frustrating wen there open till 9. Maybe placing an order ahead a time isn’t the best choice. My 3rd attempt about 30 min after my order was placed was told another 25 min for my food for sure. Waiting an additional 30 min after a placed order. Just wanted to go home n eat. This was not how I was hoping to spend my night.
