Ordered classic roast beef and French dip through door dash. Got call from dasher that store had no beef. Got ham and cheese instead. Asked for order to be updated by Arby’s through door dash and was told price was nearly the same. I really don’t think a ham and cheese is as much as a French dip, so pretty sure I got ripped off there. But really your name is Arby’s for RB or roast beef and you don’t have any. Never ordering from here again!
Addition: I checked the prices online and I was cheated out of between 3 and 4 dollars. Also there were zero condiments I had requested in the order. So I got overcharged, no condiments and 2 lousy ham sandwiches.

Not only was my Mac N Chrese cold but so was the service! I swear they will make anyone managers at fast food joints nowadays and honestly I have a feeling the girl wasn’t being honest about being tha manager anyways… this transaction wasn’t even a 3 minute ordeal if you don’t count me sitting at the window while girl 1 would look to see if I was still sitting there and then continued to ignore me and disappear out of site. I got my order, pulled up and was like wow these are small bowls for 15$, opened the Mac took a few bites and the outer portion was like warm to say the least and the middle was cold so I circled around went to the window girl 1 takes it from me and then hands it back and asked if I stirred it I said no (even if I had it wouldn’t have mattered *IT WAS COLD!*) she shuts the window and walks off as I’m still sitting there and stir it guess what?!?! cold….so now it’s let’s play peekaboo I see you but really want to play hide and seek (sarcasm of course! Sorry not sorry) so then I’m forced to back up to the mic to get assistance because now I’m being ignored ♀️ that’s when girl 2 (Allison “supposedly manager”) tells me in a nutshell nope can’t take it back to reheat, nope can’t have a new one (hot) and nope no refund. I asked for manager and got the snippy “I am the manager” okay well then I need corps number (was given the wrong number) now I’m questioning if she gave me her real name. So yay me I paid 15$ for 6oz bowl of cold Mac and cheese with a side of attitude m!!! I used to always look forward to hitting up Arby’s when going to Pitt but I guess it’s time to switch it up! Sorry for the book..

I had a loaded italian. That was the worst sandwich I’ve ever eaten… Doesn’t look like the picture at all. The bread looked and tasted like a hot dog bun. Couldn’t call it loaded. Extremely disappointed.

Got the mac & cheese, The noodles look dried up on top, I got the Italian sub and they forgot the banana peppers, An employee came in clocked in, and her outfit work clothes she wore She must’ve wore the day before because they were filthy. Not recommended! Extremely disappointed overall.

Always have a good experience here. The other day I went in for a keto meal and I got exactly that. A pound of meat and cheese and some pickles and peppers and a tea. Tasted great, was acceptable on my diet, and wasn’t too expensive considering, I think I spent about 14 bucks.

Very slow service. No carbonation in the drink fountain. The place was a mess. Mold growing on the walls by the drink fountain. We took a refund and went elsewhere. We will be contacting the health department.

Drive thru is always good. Now don’t get me wrong they will ask you to pull up and wait and I hate that but they do make it fast so you don’t wait to long. Food is as always freshly made to order so it’s worth the wait.
Must try them loaded chicken ranch.

Super clean store, not busy. Long wait to order, long wait for food, cold food, forget drink, shake came out after we finished eating. When we complained got shoulder shrugs. Felt like we were ruining the employees vibe by being in there. Door dash driver was in there waiting for 15 minutes too

I can’t say enough GREAT things about this location! We placed a $285.00 to go order for work and did so at the counter vs the app. They were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! We got our order in a VERY TIMELY manner and we received EVERYTHING we ordered!! Of course, the food was delicious as well! I wish I would have gotten names so we could give a personal shout out to all the GREAT PEOPLE that were there today. I did hear one call the person in charge Chas. So, to Chas and his crew – THANK YOU!! YOU ALL ARE TRULY AWESOME!!!
