GM/ District Mgr need’s to pay very close attention to the shift Mgr on duty on 02/23/2026 @ around 8:30pm…Where a loyal customer resident of the community received a mailer coupon in the mail and attempted to purchase 2 meals and was refused by the shift Mgr along keeping the coupons for Arby’s…..his poor excuse was that the coupon was not honored in that location when in fact it is an ARBY’S coupon where local residents receive in the mail.

I sat in line at this restaurant for 25 minutes just to get a roast beef sandwich with curly fries and a tea. When I got my order, what do you do you reach in the bag and you grab a curly Friday to eat it the curly fry was cold. I mean, COLD cold there was hardly any roast beef on my sandwich. It was flat as a pancake. I didn’t even get a napkin in my bag.

I came here around 3:25 PM on a Monday afternoon to grab some lunch with a friend. We went inside, of course. We ordered at 3:30pm. My friend had some coupons but we didn’t use them because they have happy hour is from 2-5pm. They have items that are cheaper prices. I got two chicken sliders, small curly fries, and a jamocha shake. My friend got the same thing, but with a orange-sicle shake. It was a little over $5 each, which want bad at all. Cay Smith, the Shift manager was the person who check us out. The food was ready fairly quickly. We sat inside and ate. The chicken on the sliders are very crispy, the fries were delicious, and I enjoyed the shake. No complaints really. I ended up getting full and ate one of my sliders later on that day for dinner. The restaurant was clean and it wasn’t that busy.

Worst Arby’s I’ve ever been to in my life, one of the employees was out twerking out in front and the food was just horrendous got some cups of cheddar. The cheddar was disgusting and plus the containers were crushed. Would not recommend ever going to this location

I walked in the restaurant today to the guy making orders and the guy taking food out to customer shouting at each other across the restaurant. I stood at the counter while the guy making orders continuing to yell that they needed to stop taking order because he had 2 screens of orders and he is the only one making orders. There were 2 people waiting in their food at the counter. I stood there for about 3 minutes listening to this and then the lady bagging order came over to the register. I ask her if I should go somewhere else and then the guy making food in the back started yelling again why are you still taking orders. She turned around and told him she would help him and he said I’m the only one making orders. I walked out and went to the other Arby’s across town.

The large size drink is the size of kids sippy cup the other time i came here.
Now, I came here tonight on 9/14/24, and they did not make my order correct. Their food is shrinking aloot and the chick club wrap is $8! Picture shows the much smaller size of the chicken wrap and the tomato I told them not to add and receipt shows with ‘no tomatoes’, but yet they still put timatoes on there (simple request). This is why they are .
I won’t be back for a very very very very very very very very long time since they are screwing customers over pretty much now. Do better Arby’s- you already charge waaaay to much, but now you want to screw people over with shrink-flation??

Front desk lady is nice. However my husband and I both have diarrhea and vomit from the food (roast beef sandwitch and gyros), I also feel chills. We had them for dinner yesterday on Aug6 and had the syptoms show up after eating yesterday, we still have the syptoms this morning when I am writing this review.
