Honestly one of the cleanest Panda Express locations I’ve ever been to. The store is always spotless, the food is fresh, and everything looks well taken care of. The food itself is wonderful — and that’s coming from someone who doesn’t even usually like Chinese food. Somehow they are literally always great every time I come here.
Customer service is also top tier. The staff is friendly and efficient, and the manager Alex really stands out. She’s professional, kind, and clearly runs a great store. You can tell she takes pride in how the place is run.

A young lady who took our order and serve our food, wasn’t knowledgeable enough about the food items to improve customer dining experience and satisfaction. In addition, wait time and efficiency could improve immensely having someone on the line that knows how to address new guests visiting their restaurant by making them feel valued and respected. I didn’t see her name tag. She was wearing glasses. This under-trained employee customer service skills needs improving and coaching for her to know professionalism determines the success of any establishment. Overall food temps are adequate, drinks / condiment area was maintained as well the parking lot with no visible trash. I only rated this location (2) stars. Based on the interaction I saw the young lady had with the family in front of me and myself. I gave the food, food appeal and food temperatures (4) stars. Service (1) star. I wasn’t going to give any stars for service, nevertheless any employee wanting to improve can. This location didn’t deliver the normal Asian dining experience good food, professionalism and respect that I have experienced at other locations. Management please do better with training, because one of the key important components of sustaining a business. A great dining experience generates return customers.

This one of our favorite locations with some of the friendliest and most knowledgeable staff. The food has always been first rate, this location is clean and we are always greeted the moment we arrive. The parking lot is a little odd with the flow of traffic but parking is always available. Given the business this place sees I’m surprised at how fast we get our order. The app always says we will be waiting longer than we ever do.

Every time I go through your drive through, I wait fifteen minutes. Today, I had the pleasure of getting my ice tea dumped on my lap…..an iced tea without ice because they never know how to make iced tea. I will never come back to this location.

I didn’t want to post this review but after 3 separate visits and a lot of wasted money, we won’t be returning for a while.
The food is wildly inconsistent and the only thing we’ve enjoyed is the Beijing beef.
On one visit, we had both raw and mushy cabbage in the super greens along with completely raw broccoli. It seemed like the greens were not stirred at all during the cook. On another visit, the broccoli beef had no discernible beef, only congealed gravy and broccoli that was so overcooked it could have been baby food. We were also given a teriyaki chicken bowl with no sauce packet and ice cold chow mein underneath.
It’s a shame, because the people working the counter and drive through are providing great service!

Dinner! That’s why we went Super yummy, green Ben chicken, walnut honey shrimp, orange chicken, mushrooms chicken, fried rice, veggies and crab Rangoon to top it all off! Scrumptious
