I finally got around to trying this place. Top arepa was decent but there was room for improvement. Carato’s is the best Venezuelan food I’ve had plus the service was very attentive. Ke Chido didn’t have too many reviews on Google and Yelp. They serve Mexican and Venezuelan food. The parking lot is a decent size, not big. There is adequate seating inside as well as seats at the bar.
I ordered pepitos and a large jamaica drink. I did order an arepa but for some reason she didn’t bring it out. That’s fine because the pepito was huge. Pepitos are a very common street food in Venezuela. It’s a steak sandwich with chicken, bacon, and cheddar cheese. The hoagie bun was soft but held everything inside. I added some of the sauces in it. The meats were all tasty, nothing was too salty. I enjoyed the complimentary chips and salsa. The drink was very massive for like $5 something. I do have to take away a star because the service could really be improved. No it wasn’t a language barrier because the waitress did speak English. She spent too much time talking to an older customer, she could have spent that time checking up on me or the other table. This seemed like a family owned restaurant so service is just as important as the food.

This restaurant absolutely exceeded expectations! The empanadas were perfectly crispy on the outside with flavorful, well-seasoned fillings that tasted fresh and homemade.
The arepas were just as impressive — soft and warm inside with a slightly crisp exterior, packed generously and full of flavor.
The burritos were amazing with perfectly balanced ingredients in every bite. And the guacamole and salsa truly stood out. The guacamole was fresh and perfectly seasoned, while the salsa had a vibrant kick that complemented everything without overpowering it.
Luis was incredible, extremely friendly, and went above and beyond in customer service! Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to!

I was looking forward to the opening of this restaurant and glad to say I was not disappointed!! I ordered 2 ground beef empanadillas and they were delicious! The beef was seasoned perfect and the dipping sauce they comes with it was tasty as well. The owners are very friendly and make you feel welcome once you walk into their establishment. I encourage the community to stop by and try out this family owned restaurant. I for one will be coming back.

The al pastor tacos were very impressive. The portions were large, it was clean, and the service was friendly. We had been looking for grilled cebollitas and couldn’t find them at nearby Mexican restaurants, but they were right here! We’ll use this place often and recommend it to our coworkers.

Great Asada meat! Dont change what you’re doing because its the best meat around…and quality matters. Better meat than the famous Los Tacos No. 1 in New York! My new favorite lunch spot. Highly recommend!

I ordered something simple because im not to familiar with all the options. I ordered four street tacos and just used the green sauce on the table. The meat in the tacos was soft and juicy and the owners were so friendly! I will be going back again for sure and I highly recommend it.

I loved the Venezuelan food here! Great salsas as well! The Venezuelan waters were very refreshing. The service was amazing and the artwork on the walls are so cool. Highly recommend this place!
