I can’t say enough good things about this Starbucks. I’ve been coming here for over 20 years, and they truly treat me like family. They already know my drink and my moms , always greet me with a smile, and make me feel genuinely welcomed every single time.
I’m terrible with names, but I truly adore every single one of the baristas here. Each person makes this place special, and you can feel the care and kindness the moment you walk in. It’s rare to find a place where the staff is this consistent, warm, and caring.

This location always has great customer service. So friendly and positive. I have never had a bad experience with any of the employees regardless of business. Their food is always fresh and delicious. My kids love their new Christmas penguin cookies! They are very willing to give suggestions and honest reviews of new drinks and treats. The wait time is never long even if the line is long. The bathrooms and lobby were very clean, well stocked and maintained. Lots of seating even for larger groups. Parking is always easy which is nice. The building is also very nice since the recent remodel. If you are in the area I highly suggest this store.

Last week my elderly friend and I came over for my lunch break around 8:15pm and sat chatting until 8:45. The two girls working were so kind and so polite to let us sit there until almost close even though we were the only ones there. My friend is actually my regular of 6 years from when bartended. I left the industry awhile ago and this was our first time catching up in 9 months. Its so easy to get frustrated before close and not understand how much a tea, snack and 30 mins of convo can mean when you want to hurry and close. I felt bad we were there late but I work a late schedule with a late lunch and not many options that are open. Just wanted to saw how much I appreciated them letting us catch up and the staff in general during my regular visits are so friendly. Thank you so much. (Also I’ll be back to tip since he insisted on paying but he’s 89 and sometimes forgets ) Tha ks ladies!

Since this was the only Starbucks around when I came to the area, I had no choice but to come here. Honestly, if you’ve been to one ⭐️-Bucks, you’ve been to them all. This review is purely on prep and final outcome of my coffee. My order is completely customized and there’s a lot going on in that Venti cup! Most times my order will need to be remade all because I like the vanilla sweet cream instead of milk. I usually end up with Sweet Cream foam! Anywho, this ⭐️bucks gets it right every single time! I’m sure they are used to my order at this point, but still. It has the same great taste that I expect when I order my coffee, every time!

This is probably the happiest Starbucks I’ve been to. I have a few hours to wait for my next plan, so I decided to order coffee and relax here. The staff are very efficient and seem to enjoy their work.

This location has gone downhill in the past couple of months. Some coffee drinks have consistently changed for the worse. The taste of the Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso is different and off. It tastes like drip coffee is used instead of the blonde espresso roast and they consistently mess up details in the mobile orders, like not adding the brown sugar syrup or adding double the amount of cinnamon powder when the order was no cinnamon powder. Thought maybe it was a glitch or a new employee learning and stopped using the location for a couple of weeks only to try again and the drink is still bad.
Was talking with co-workers and they brought up that this location sucks now (they also get the brown sugar shaken espressos) Now that I know I’m not alone in what I experienced, it’s worth sharing to maybe save someone else from making the mistake of ordering. I Wasted lots of money here. On the other hand, the Maple Valley Four Corners location has consistently been great and is where we go instead.

This place is hit or miss depending on who’s working. Staff is mostly friendly, so I genuinely don’t have beef with that.
Still, if someone orders a venti don’t put a grande in a venti cup… this is just bad. (See pic.) Two inches short of the fill line? Come on. I wouldn’t normally complain, but this warrants it.
Guys… slow down and take time on orders. It’s supposed to be a venti Macchiato, but it’s a watered down grande latte, at best lol xD What high-school student hates their first job? I get it kid, but don’t take it out on me! lol jk xD
Maybe you felt rushed? Maybe it was busy in the store? Don’t rush their work! lol Let them take their time on drinks, especially if they’re new to the work. Put your best baristas on the bar and here’s an idea Starbucks CEOs:
Pay. Them. A. Living. Wage.
