Me and my sister were visiting Franklin for a festival in september 2024. We love to try new coffee places everywhere we go but unfortunately were very disappointed with this one. We left in plenty of time to find parking, get coffee/a bite to eat, and still make it in time to where we needed to be. When we got there we both ordered coffees(not much to choose from) and the so called infamous cinnamon rolls. They took so long just for those things that we were almost late and pushing it on time although the place was not busy at the time. We were very excited to start our day with trying this place out but it was to our surprise that our coffee was very watery tasting and our cinnamon rolls were RAW! We took a couple of bites thinking “oh it’s probably just cooked that way on purpose” or “maybe it’s a cream cheese inside” so we look up what comes on/with the rolls. There was no cream cheese or filling of any kind! WE HAD EATEN HALF OF A RAW CINNAMON ROLL. We are not the type of people to leave bad reviews but this was so baffling to us that we still talk about it a year later and it needs to be addressed!!

I realize it’s different when ordering from Doordash but I do believe that a restaurant should care about the quality of their products. If it was cold or looked like it had been dropped, you can blame Doordash but when they burn your food into little round inedible rocks, that’s on the restaurant. Nanna’s cinn rolls were BOGO which was exciting but weren’t worth free. Ordering from Doordash does have limitations such as no special requests but I didn’t realize that requesting my food not be burned was a request I needed to make. I can’t believe anyone inspected these and said oh these are perfect-send them out. They should have said this is embarrassing, remake these immediately. We can’t send these to a customer. THEY’LL LEAVE A BAD REVIEW. Because that’s what is happening. As soon as you take a whiff of the delivery bag you can smell burnt bread. You can check my Google reviews. I try not to leave any negative reviews, but it’s just too expensive these days to keep quiet. I was going to splurge on some breakfast/lunch (BOGO so it covered both meals) since the beginning of the month is typically rough in the billing field but ended up wasting money on something that can be used as hockey pucks. Do Better, JLCC. I know I’ve left you a good review in the past and I’d like to be able to again.

Turned a saddening day right side up with southern hospitality, some cheesy eggs, bacon, and just lavender latte love.
p.s. having been in marketing for decades, I’m not a fan of signage that is less than display worthy. at least change it before it shows signs of having gotten damp.
p.s.s in a world of worthless cutlery, this fork and knife set would fit in even at upscale dining! i just love em

Have lived in McEwen the last 7 months and haven’t tried this just love cafe yet. Being a big titans fan I wanted to give this one a try and my girlfriend loves their coffee. We arrived at 4 as they close at 5. She wanted to try the grilled cheese but we were told the kitchen closes at 4. I’ve worked in restaurants my whole life and have never heard of cafes closing the kitchen a whole hour early. I understand people want to get home to their families but at least have this information posted if this is the case. The cashier wasn’t friendly but also wasn’t rude. I’m sure we will try it again just not a great first experience.

Decent spot, drip coffee was just alright, but the breakfast sandwich was pretty good.
Good amount of seating along with wifi and an art mural. Some merchandise available along side their own branded coffee roasts.
Definitely better than Starbucks but not as good as some of the independent shops I’ve been to.

We planned a coffee girlie friend date Saturday morning and what a great experience it was!! Customer service was top tier, the food was great, and our coffee treats were amazing!!! We also purchased a few of your blends. We loved your place Keith and my cousin Loretha crocheted you a hat to match the colors of your new coffee shop! We were hoping you’d be there to receive it personally, but you weren’t there that day. We left the hat with your team lead. We had a fantastic experience and will plan more Saturday coffee girlie friend dates there!!! ☕️ Thanks kindly for a great experience! Loretha, Cassandra, and Toni.

My friend Michelle and I had such a wonderful experience at Just Love Coffee this Sunday afternoon! The two workers (a man and a woman) went above and beyond to make us feel welcome — their kindness really stood out. The avocado toast was absolutely amazing, and our drinks were made with so much love and care. Everything about the visit felt genuine and relaxed. We’ll definitely be coming back for more coffee soon!

Food is pretty good but service is SOOO slow. Plan on waiting at least 10 minutes for a coffee, even when they are slow. There waffle sandwiches are closer to 15-20 minutes. The vibe is fast-casual but nothing is fast.

Not really a 4.7 star experience. Good (but expensive) coffee. Below average sandwiches.
Got a wrap and a wOmelette, large latte with oat milk and a large drip coffee. Somehow, well over $30. How much is regular coffee? Anyway… Not a great value, but the food was disappointing. For those into clever names, you may enjoy your experience. For those that desire a decent meal, I would try elsewhere.
