I ordered 3 Bavarian cream donuts and the clerk started shoving them into a little bag without anything in between them..when I got them home they were stuck together and a total mess. Placed an online order and was not ready after 20 min later. Customer service was ok. Not friendly and professional whatsoever. They did not apologize for the inconvenience. Plus my ice coffee was not only ready for direct pickup, coffee was ok and not the greatest like I always order. I understand they are busy in the mornings, but could it hurt to just crack a smile at all. All the workers looked miserable…

This used to be my favorite place up until 2 or 3 months ago. All of the food I order always comes to me burnt, if I have it delivered it’s never complete or is wrong. I ordered a large French vanilla with extra mocha and I got a plain black coffee with no cream or sugar instead. I ordered a mocha ice cap and it tasted like plain iced coffee without any sweetener that just got blended. I don’t know what happened in the past few months, but I hope it gets fixed because as of right now, I don’t want to go back and waste my money.

Tim Hortons is consistently a great place to eat and have coffee drinks. This location is a very nice looking setting that offers a bright room and of course very good food and coffee. You can always get a fresh donut or muffin or a great sandwich. It was very enjoyable and Loki I highly recommend visiting this Tim Hortons location.
