I stopped by Firehouse Subs and was really impressed! The staff greeted me with a smile and helped me pick the perfect sandwich. Everything tasted fresh—the bread was warm, the veggies were crisp, and the meat was perfectly seasoned. The restaurant was clean and had a friendly atmosphere. I also love that Firehouse supports first responders. Definitely one of the best sub spots around. I’ll be back!

Service was amazing! Soon as I walked in I was greeted with smiles and fresh food. I’m not really a fast food person, but I’ll definitely stop there again and enjoy a nice Turkey bacon ranch meal. Prices were very reasonable especially in this economy. Definitely worth it

The heater was on too high!!!! Very warm inside. The cashier has dreads hanging over his whole face in a food area. Then he stated fixing the food!!! His hair was swinging around while he prepared the food. I was so disgusted and it was just unprofessional.

This is for the location next to Church’s and near Cane’s. After a long day of travel, checked into hotel and decided to grab sandwiches around 8:15pm Sun I think. Walked in, we were looking around for an employee, leaning over counter etc, looking around. We already knew what we wanted. Saw a young male in regular clothing (don’t know if they have a uniform) leaning against back wall scrolling on phone. We figured he was a customer since he paid ZERO attention to us. We waited a bit longer, still looking around and wondering where the employees are. Finally, the guy on his phone in the back casually walks up to the sales register and doesn’t say shit to us or even look in our direction til I ask who works there. He says “I do, for here or takeout”. I immediately leave and my husband follows. He repeated his takeout or here question and as we hit the door he sarcastically loudly says “have a nice day”. Went to Cane’s instead. Wouldn’t want him working for me.

Make sure to come here if you wanna pay $16.34 for exactly 3 bites you can immediately inhale in under three minutes like it’s an olympic event called competitive regret eating. Firehouse Subs in Lafayette is always a great choice! The food was absolutely delicious ,everything was fresh, hot, and packed with flavor. The staff was friendly and quick, and the restaurant was clean and inviting. You can tell they take pride in what they do. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area!

The Italian combo I ordered was great. Really hit the spot. They even remembered to give me a pickle! The employees were nice. Seating was pretty clean, just a little smoky from the oven, but not bad. Thank you to the staff on-duty.
