3 time I have ordered a hot latte and I have either gotten the wrong beverage or today’s was cold. Had there not been a line up of 10 cars behind us I would of went around again. Please educate your employees on making correct orders. They aren’t cheap to keep getting wrong thing

I’ve been to multiple Scooter’s and I think it’s just not the place for me. This morning my latte tasted like pure chemicals?? I shouldve immediately went back and asked them to re make it, but I’m not sure it would’ve been any better 🙁

Short review: it’s not too bad. It’s fast coffee, and exactly what you’d expect from a chain coffee shop.
And THERE’S NOTHING WRONG WITH THAT. It’s just not my top preference.
I will say first, that it’s a welcome site in a small town. I’m glad to see more coffee options popping up. Truth be told, it’s the chains that pave the way for entrepreneurial, local, small businesses. So, overall, you love to see it.
The coffee we had was good for the price. Half sweet was just right for me on their seasonal pumpkin latte.
The bagel was pretty hot, and I’m always an advocate for better quality ingredients, so I don’t know I’d pay $5 for a sausage, egg, and cheese everything bagel again.
But regardless, it was all good enough to be compared to a Dunkin or Starbucks.

Got to the speaker to order my coffee they asked me what I wanted and I told the lady and she told me to hold on sat at the speaker waiting for 5 mins. Then I got to the window and waited 2 more mins for her to take my money she was an older lady with blonde hair looks to be the manager was pretty rude with a bad tone to her voice. I am a restaurant manager myself and I wouldn’t put up with rudeness to guest like that and they would be let go immediately

The staff is amazing! The drive thru is so convenient and they really work to get you your drink as fast as they can so you can be on your way to work or wherever you are headed. You easily get through the busy lines in such a short time! Amazing Coffee Amazingly Fast!

Ordering was fast however…. They handed me the wrong drink I ordered a PEPPERMINT MOCHA ICED and received a PUMPKIN MOCHA….. definitely am not happy about it but when I told them this is the wrong drink they looked like deer in headlights..

Ordered an iced pumpkin caramelicious. My drink wasn’t filled to the top and the drink itself was really dark which isn’t normal. I don’t think any milk was in it and it tasted like I was drinking pumpkin right out of the syrup bottle.
