I’ve enjoyed everything I’ve tried from cava! When ordering delivery, I’ve had issues with them forgetting sides and it’s $4+ for a side of sauce in tiny containers so I don’t order often. I spent almost $9 for these 2 sauces.

First timer here and can I just say how BLOWN AWAY I am! Not only was the food here absolutely delicious, fresh, and perfectly balanced, but the staff was above and beyond! Barbie is truly a standout at the Wilmington CAVA. She is consistently kind, professional, and welcoming from the moment you interact with her. No matter how busy it gets, she remains calm, attentive, and respectful, making every customer feel valued. Barbie communicates clearly, handles orders with care, and goes above and beyond to ensure everything is correct. Her warm attitude and strong work ethic make a noticeable difference in the overall experience. My favorite part of the experience is that she checks for food allergies and suggests her favorite menu items. She represents excellent customer service, and Wilmington CAVA is lucky to have her on their team.

This is what I have been looking for-fresh, tasty, healthy food with a great variety of menu options. They move at the pace it takes to prepare each order properly, so sometimes there may be a short wait and sometimes it moves quickly-either way, it’s worth it. I’ve been to two locations in two different cities, bothered crowded, which says a lot. The drinks selection is not the typical sugary luneup-it is much healthier, which is a really nice change. Only criticisms I have is the set-up for napkins and utensils. In both locations, poorly set up to find them and/or any in sight. We had to ask where they were. Hopefully they will stay on top of their supplies as they ran out of avocado. The only other comment: the large menu board is too small due to the large selection and it is posted near the cashier. It should be closer to the customer order line or maybe post two, one in the front and one near the starting line. It has now become my favorite spot for healthy.

The workers in there today 1/20/26 (around 3:30pm) were so kind and so pleasant. Two women and a man. So nice and honestly made my day better. I also watched them interact with other customers and they were also so nice and helpful. Very refreshing to experience, especially in today’s society.

Really tasty food. I had the Chicken Shawarma Pita. Very large portion size. I wish it had been smaller. Great place to sit down and eat but I can see how it could get crowded. The service was friendly and quick. I think the food is a bit over priced however. There are no combo deals so everything has its own charge. The bill can add up quickly. My friend and I had the same thing no drinks or any add ons.and the bill came to $30.00 for 2 pitas.
I would expect for the type of food it is that at the prices it should have came with a drink and a side.
Its not a fancy high end sit down place. Its a grab and go.
Sorry but its my opinion $30.00 is just to high to return very often.

First time I had CAVA I loved it. Unfortunately the quality of food and ability to put together an online order have both gone down the drain.
Not only is the food quality complete crap, dry overly salty meat, wilted and rotten vegetables etc. But this is the third time in a row they have completely messed up the online order including leaving out extra meat which I paid for each time.
Go anywhere but here. Super expensive, crap quality and they don’t get your order right.
