The reopened Lake Orion Burger King. Back and better than ever.
We came for a take out lunch on a Sunday afternoon. It was quite busy even at 2pm on a Sunday.
The new building, lobby, menus, and ordering area all look nice and have great space. The lobby and ordering area was also kept very clean.
The staff were friendly and very quick, once we ordered they have us our drink cups straight away. The food also came out fairly quickly.
The fries were hot and salty, as ney should be. The favor is about average as far as a French fry goes but they were served perfectly. We also had the jalapeno poppers, which were just average.
We ordered a burger and a chicken sandwich. Both were good. The burger was especially good for a fast food burger. The chicken sandwich wasn’t bad but not anything great. I would recommend the burgers over the chicken.
Overall it was worth it and I recommend them for a good fast food burger.

Neat and tidy. The slowest possible service for a simple order. Only person inside and waited 20 minutes for food to come out. Hard to believe since the food seems to be pre-cooked and they just steam heat it. They don’t flame broil on site any more. It was very disappointing. Most likely that I will never eat here again. Have all new or remodeled Burger King’s removed their grills?

Pulled into drive thru. I was 1st and only one in line. Attendant comes on and says he would be back in minute. 9 minutes later he takes my order. I asked for 1 special order item ( a whopper no cheese ) to be put in sep. Bag. Pull to windows 1. Sat 8 min more to pay.
Pull up to p/u windows. 6 min later they open windows and ask for order name. The first one you took!
They hand me one bag. I asked where is other bag. He looks in bag. Special had to be redone. Had to wait another 6 minutes. I feel sorry for the 5 cars that were DUMB enough to pull behind me. A few were smart. They pulled away and went somewhere else. Some owner just redid this location. He needs to know his employees are flushing it for him. Do yourself a favor and don’t go there!!!!!

Okay, best value menu burger Ive had in a decade.
They didn’t just rebuild the outside, they improved the guts immensely. New staff, great flavor, best value and overall delicious.
Check my reviews, I usually review to complain like most – but this place is solid.

Staff rude, especially if you ask to use online code. No one knows how to ring anything up right. Every time it takes forever for them to get it right. $3.99 whopper Wednesday, they can’t handle it. You advertise promotions and don’t honor it. Beautiful new building, and people that don’t know how to do the work.

Hadent been to BK in ages and this experience is going to keep me away permanently.
Ordered a whopper and it was cold and wet somehow. Buns were stale and fries were cold.
Major bummer.

First time eating burger king in over 5 years and now I remember why I stopped eating here. My beef patty on my whopper was dry and burnt. Fries were horrendous (soggy, cold, and zero flavor). Definitely will not step foot in a burger king again.

Came inside to eat ordered our food at the self serve counter. Waited along with many other people to even get our drink cups, drive thru seemed to be moving along pretty well however the inside was a disaster of a wait. No one came to the counter to recieve our payment since we were paying cashuntil our food was ready. I understand this burger king is newer with new staff but they are still very under staffed , poorly managed and not clean. Ants crawling on the floor all tables are dirty and havent been wiped. Drink station not stocked, receipts laying all over the counter by the register. Id give it some time before coming inside again they need to be better staffed before opening the inside or better scheduled with people who pay attention. Food was moderate but forgot a few things and it was a hassle to even get our sauces. We wont be back.

First time coming in after the reopen, and it was very busy. Even with tech issues the staff was very friendly, and efficient. Had a few impatient adults behaving like toddlers, and I think that’s why they were rushing so much because our food wasn’t the greatest, tasted like it was sitting on a warmer pre-made for lunch rush. Kinda stale, and soggy. Just give them time, you will get your food. Overall hopefully they slow down a bit, but they are doing a good job.

Went in the restaurant today. Ordered a Whopper with Cheese and Onion Rings. Both were barely warm. And these were fresh made. How can a beef patty go through a flaming oven and come out barely warm. I was underwhelmed and not sure I’ll go back.
