Waited 15 minutes for cold food because the FOH could not do their job and tell me food was ready. I waited patiently but am disappointed with the service on this 10 degree night. I had multiple people pick food up ordering after me while sitting directly next to the pickup counter.
Edit: the food wasn’t as cold as I thought it would be. I was cold and hungry and my family was hoping for a quick meal. Hope you guys can get some better organization for your Togo and online orders.

They try their best but always fall short on orders, despite being kind during high volume of orders with low cook staff. Between incorrect orders and often long wait times with only a rice Krispy and an apology as compensation. They are always short staffed and doordash orders are finished and gone before mine. Today I waited 20 minutes around 7:15 PM on a sunday just to be skimped on the brocolli after he told me they were still waiting on the brocolli.
If it is going to take so long when I walk in to order and take it to go, then please tell a customer, so they can use their 20 minutes to go to the hover location and receive good food and on time, despite the longer drive from me.

i’ve loved noodles since i was a little kid and this is my favorite location! the workers always seem to pay attention to my special request note for my delicious mac n cheese which really makes all the difference to me. the workers at this location tend to go above and beyond in multiple different ways, it’s beautiful to see such customer service and kindness, they all deserve such praise!! appreciate all you do i’ll keep coming back regularly<3

Doordasher here. I went to this location to pick up an order this evening. There was 5 people working in the kitchen, and they were almost 15 orders behind. There was no communication between customer and employee, no sense of urgency from any of the staff, and they were quoting people walking in at 40 minutes to get food. I personally waited over that 40 minute quote time for the order I had, and mine was halfway through the list when I got there.

This store hasn’t picked up the large rocks in the parking area in a couple years.. When you step off their sidewalk there are several rocks scattered around as you step off the sidewalk. They are looking for a lawsuit. I saw a man step off and trip and fall because those rocks. Clean up those rocks before it’s too late.

Been here 2 times after I guess they got new employees cooking, the girl taking my order I believe her name is Brianna she was nice as for the food I ordered… I ordered the Japanese udon noodles & ordered extra protein & they over cooked one of my steaks so I would be biting into leather & the other time I ordered the chicken Parm also extra protein my chicken was way too salty, these people put no sauce as they’re supposed on the each order… yet they think I don’t know how to cook or something. How they got a job there cooking I do not know cuz their cooking skills are no good. It’s like they don’t enjoy their job or just sabotage certain peoples order so they don’t come back. They need a better cooking staff!!

I was in traffic and I was over a hour to pick up my order and the GM Manger lady and Peter were so kind and remake everything for me that made me so happy and the customer service was wonderful ❤️ . I come quite often and always get great service. They also treat there dashers nice to!! Very clean establishment:)
