From the Hearth Kitchen and Pie Shop is a leading and cutting-edge restaurant in Northern California. We started out as an award-winning sourdough bakery, and have evolved into an upscale fast-casual restaurant. We have four restaurants (Kitchen & Pie Shops) and two drive-thru kiosks (Pie Shops) all of which serve handmade varietal pies, delicious burgers and sandwiches, fresh salads and rice bowls, and a unique breakfast menu with espresso and smoothie drinks. We pride ourselves in our excellent customer service and incredible dishes. We love what we do, but don’t take our word for it. The North State has voted us Best Bakery, Best Restaurant, and Best Lunch among other high honors.

Well, the girls working there this morning were pretty rude to me. I was in a hurry so that’s on me. But my burrito was sitting there and I asked for it because I was in a hurry. And they told me that I need to wait like everyone else and that I was being rude for asking for my food even though it was sitting on the counter right there. I was not being rude I only asked hey that’s my burrito can I just get that cuz it’s there and I’m in a hurry? And then they made me wait for another 5 minutes. Food was just sitting there and they would not give it to me and told me I was being rude. I was not trying to be rude but who knows? Otherwise this place is great. But those girls that were working this morning need to learn some customer service. They could be nice about it but they were not they were rude.
So I bought a breakfast burrito and instead of giving me a salsa they gave me marinara sauce? There was even pasta in the marinara sauce. Pleasantly surprised by this restaurant attached to a gas station! I was passing through, needing a bite to eat, and this place did not disappoint. The breakfast pork tacos were great!

If I could leave zero stars I would. I placed an order for pick up thru DoorDash. 3 burgers, all 3 orders were wrong, one burger was raw and inedible. They told me to file a complaint with DoorDash which I did, but it only refunded me small portion of the $60 I spent there!! We called to ask if we could just get a free meal later and they said no because they don’t do that if you DoorDash the order they won’t do anything at all. We explained that THEY messed up the order, NOT DoorDash and the girl just kept saying sorry and that she can’t do anything about it. Absolute worst food and customer service! We were blown away! I’ve been ordering from there for years but never will again. They don’t care that food was RAW and people can get sick from it and don’t care to fix the situation at all. Beware if you order from here!

Be careful with this place. Just payed 60$ for 3 burgers and fries and nothing was correct. 1 burger was raw in the middle and the mushrooms were raw as well. The other burger was ordered with garlic fries and there was no garlic fries. Then payed extra for ranch and guess what not a single sauce in the order. Then when they are notified they will not do anything about. Nothing. No remaking the order. No refund. Didn’t even get all the things we ordered. Plus they nearly gave my wife food poisoning. Yikes. Never again. This place also didn’t join the bbb so that says alot. Pretty sure they buff there reviews on Google as well.

Disclaimer…it’s a bit pricey. That being said, it’s well worth it! The employees were so kind, welcoming and helpful! Everyone had a great attitude and energy and the location had an open, relaxing design and is very spacious.
My friend and I tried this place on our way down from Santa Rosa and we did not expect it to be so wonderful!
I definitely think this should be for a nice breakfast or lunch but I feel so bad that we ate quickly and hopped back on the road.
Definitely try it out if you want a bougie, delicious meal made with love.

So YUM. I got the Al Fresco Bowl and my husband got the breakfast tacos. The menu is very diverse and unique. Fresh ingredients with a kind of southwest vibe mixed with modern cafe. The fresco breakfast bowl was so good highly recommend!

the worker who served me, Madilyn was super nice, The Drink she made for me was Spectacular and the overall atmosphere in the restaurant was absolutely amazing, although it was a bit pricey, It was worth the price. I would absolutely recommend this restaurant. 5/5 would try again
