It was my 1st visit.
There are a lot of food options. This visit I opted for the 1/2 honey BBQ spud & 1/2 grilled chicken club sandwich.
I will go back and try other offerings.
The dining area seems spacious. I do like the privacy dividers on the paetial walls separating the tables.

Overpriced for what you get. Two small half sandwiches that don’t even equal six inches is $12. I love peach tea, but it’s definitely middle of the line. Placed an online order and everything was correct, which is what the average 3 stars here represents. Seems like most McAllisters are like this now.

I had never heard of this place before my dad took me. Wonderful sandwiches and even better customer service, knocked my socks off. I got the Angus Club and was very surprised on how delicious it was, as the order was completed within minutes. If you’ve never been there, I recommend you go!

This is an order at the counter and then seat yourselves type of place. Once seated, your food is delivered. Sami took out order at the counter.. It was our first visit, and she was patient and helpful, answering all questions. Once at our table, she checked in with us a couple of different times. We were checked on and helped no less than 3 times during our lunch. A+++ service and the food was delicious!

I was pleasantly surprised by this place! Kids meals 99¢, as a parent of two children that is music to my ears. The location of this place is good and the dining area is quite roomy and nice in appearance. The food was very yummy and there were plenty of delicious choices on the menu. The prices were great and the food good quality. We will definitely be back soon!
Update:
If ketchup is an essential for your sandwich enjoyment like it is for me, be prepared to be disappointed at times. It would seem there is no guarantee that everyone who eats here gets ketchup .
Also, it is a little annoying getting handed full cups without lids at the checkout when you are ordering for a bunch of people and there is no tray to help you carry them… Lids are available but you gotta take a walk to go get them. Maybe it is just me but it seems odd and a little inefficient.

Just a spud was absolutely delicious,
chicken caesar salad that my daughter had was good.
12 in French dip was absolutely amazing and I would highly recommend that for anyone that comes here.
The spicy turkey melt was not terribly spicy it had excellent flavor I like avocado so I thought it was great.
Macaroni and potato salad sides were excellent.
We all agree that we will be coming back next time I will try the Reuben.

Went there on Friday afternoon with my family ordered food fine line went fairly fast, took about half hour for the food to come out told me my chicken bacon ranch spud would be another 10 minutes. 30 minutes later it still had not come my husband went up to talk to the manager to get a refund on my meal, she never once apologized just did the refund and walked away.

I was so pleasantly surprised by this restaurant. We usually go to Panera but decided to try McAllister instead. I’m so glad we did. The food was even better than Panera’s, and the tea is absolutely amazing. I think what put it over the top for me, though, was the personal care Jeremy showed us by stopping by our table and asking if everything was as expected and refilling our tea. I will definitely choose this restaurant again the next time I’m up visiting my parents.

This place obviously needs management and staff training. The table on half the building were dirty and had plates sitting on them. Not a single table had been wiped down. The other side of the restaurant was also dirty, the mats were rolled in the corner, the shelves for carry out needed to be wiped out. The counters were dirty….
The man helping me was impatient and borderline rude. Having never been to this place, I was unfamiliar with the menu. Which really didn’t matter much since the screwed up the order anyhow.
After ordering they told the family in line they would not be taking orders for a while as they had two sandwich makers cut. They did not relay that message again, nor did they take any orders for an additional 15-20 minutes or longer.

I really like their baked potatoes. They are huge, but they only give out two little butters and 1 sour cream when I asked for extra butter. The potato is dry without butter. Don’t let the picture fool you. The cheese is just on top. It’s not mixed in, so you NEED butter.
