Phenomenal Taco Bell location on Metrotech drive! Always friendly service. They remember their customers names and will call you by name. The food is very fresh. The guy working in the drive thru at night has a straight attitude. When he was taking my order he got mad because I said I wanted large fries. Then gets mad at me and starts running his mouth after he gave me the wrong order and told him that it wasn’t my order. If you read this buddy, understand that if you hate your job that much, quit! You’re not fit to work in customer service. I’m not a confrontational person, but I was so close on getting out my vehicle. I didn’t because I already know you life sucks and I wasn’t going to make it worst!

Swung by for a couple burritos and the crispy chicken was $8 each burrito that fits in the palm of my hand. I didnt realized taco bell has become highway robbery in terms of prices and portion sizes but it has. Service was not friendly at all

I’ve gotten the steak burrito before. I know it’s not like a Chipotle burrito, but it’s supposed to be ROUND and full of meat!
What I got was not even a rolled up steak quesadilla. The saddest excuse of a tortilla filled with cheese and 2 pieces of meat I’ve ever seen. Stay away from this location – the one by Walmart actually knows how to cook!

Really bad experience with this taco bell. They just reopened again and food is stale; sauce packets are crusted over. Every soft shell is stale…disgusting and won’t go back.

Every Taco Bell this days do the same thing. The fries or any kind of potato it’s Soggy and moist. Smartness good thing but over smartness is something else. As you can see from the picture they double fried it. Pls don’t thing I picked it up late cause I was standing over there waiting for food. And I eat the fries first. Is there no rules no one to watch. Is corporate gave that the authority to do anything that want? Is very unhealthy, are they gonna eat double fried, soggy food? I don’t think so…. I know it s hard to work at the fast food or any kind of food restaurant. It’s the corporate who should give more focus on employees and downgrade there stress and pressure so that they can give good service. Hire more people maybe..
