We drove through this location on 2/22/26, Saturday early morning. The cars were backed up but there seemed to be a good number of staff there this morning. We put the order through the drive through only to come to the window to see that the young man at the register was giving us a cup with only ice. I asked him about the water that went with it and he was surprised to find that there was no water on it. They gave the munchkins but most of it squished, flattened. We ordered Gatorade at the drive through only to find otu it wasn’t run up. There were a number of young employees there with one who seemed to be an adult, I would think someone should be supervising the morning rush to keep the orders going, checking the order, and maintaining a good customer service. The kid who was at the window seemed to be walking around and not really doing much of the checking the orders before handing it out, he was more interested in chit chatting with the other staff. To the owner: have someone who can be a manager during this shift and can check the orders and keep the staff focused so they don’t end up giving ice without the water (in my case) or giving out squished/flatted munckins or not taking the orders correctly.
Customers are not paying to do the employee’s job or for an experience like this. You can do better, I’ve seen staff at the location who are more responsible and focused during work.

Do not go here, ever. Terrible employee, even worse store.
Its 5:20 and we are the literal only people in the store. We got 2 donuts 3 warm items and 2 drinks and somehow she missed one of the warm items, got the other 2 cold, and tried to tell me that I misunderstood and that I didnt get a third one despite me trying to just show her the receipt. Though I suppose there is only so focused one can be with thier boyfriend at work. While waiting for our order a man with Chipotle came in and they started eating this Chipotle bowl together with him freely walking behind the counter to the kitchen. What the crap, how is this woman employed?
But even if she did get our order right and mystery Chipotle man didnt Intrude oh my god the food was so bad. My boyfriend ordered a sweet tea lemonade and they were just out of tea, all of it. Also mightve just been the employee lying ofc but regardless its someone’s fault. I got these loaded hashbrowns, and the stench the cheese gave off was SO STRONG, stupidly I tried a bite and yep tastes just like the melted plastic it smelled like.
And these jerks cant even bother to have good donuts anymore man, like yes I expected my donut to be a bit stale as its pretty late in the day but a stale donut is not the pathetic tiny things we got. Fit entirely in the palm of my hand with MAYBE a teaspoon of jelly.
Genuinely do not spend a dime here they just hate you.

Quality of production from the morning shift has significantly decreased. We ordered two coffees. They were full of grounds, watered down, the syrups were weak and not stirred. We were sipping grounds about halfway in. I dumped out a good amount of coffee to take these photos. Please take this into consideration.

Every time I come to this Dunkin’ Donuts, they get something wrong with my order. I have almost raw two orders of hashbrowns and there was no one there one customer in front of me and they still took a long time to take my order telling me they weren’t ready.

Lets be truthfull here. 1. These guys are overpriced. 2. The donuts are not fresh even at 6am in the morning. The are made almost 24 hours earlier and are shipped in. They sit around in open air drying out. By the time you finally get it they are not fresh. 3. Chances are high if you order a frosted donut it will wind up upside down in a bag and the frosting sticks to the bag. The staff does not know how to package a donut.
SOLUTION. See the pictures of these donuts. They are dripping fresh made at 3am the same morning I picked them out. 6 donuts for less than $6 including tax. The donuts are from Meijer!!!! I will never waste my money again at DD

This is my favorite Dunkin’ Donuts out of all of them! The people here are always so friendly, the donuts are always soft and yummy and they never say no to any of my special requests. I come here way too often and spend way too much money but honestly, it’s so worth it because it’s always the highlight of my day. Thank you guys so much you all rock!

Entrance to the Dunkin is kind of confusing and weird but that is most likely the city’s problem. Wait is decent not good but it was Night so understandable. Service was really good and the workers were kind and asked if you needed anything. Great experience overall

Ordered doughnuts at the drive thru just before 8am on a Sunday morning. No line. Ordered a dozen doughnuts and retrieved them at the drive thru in less than 2 minutes, so I commend you on keeping things moving. The cashier had change, which is becoming an issue throughout Round Lake businesses lately. For a dozen doughnuts (w/o a coupon) is $12.99, so more than $1 for an individual doughnuts. For what it costs to make a doughnut, this is WAY TOO HIGH. Your doughnuts are also smaller in diameter and higher priced than those local doughnut shops in Libertyville and Gurnee. Last, I asked for a couple to be cream filled and only received one doughnut with filling. Thank you for the good service.
