Got a chicken basket and the gravy that I ordered was missing, very few fries and was given a cold slice of bread instead of toast. Ice creams were good but food has been terrible the last few times we’ve been.

Typically I love the Elkview Dairy Queen. However yesterday I got a chicken strip basket for dinner and it was disgusting. The gravy smelled and tasted bad, the grease clearly needed changed and the toast was way too oily – buttery and it also tasted terrible

My family stopped by on our way home from camping, so we decided to go through the drive-thru. As our order was being made, one of the employees handed my husband a small cup of plain ice cream because she saw our dog in the car. She smiled and spoke to our dog, told him to enjoy. Then she handed our order out the window with a smile. I’m very pleased with the service that we received, only wish we lived closer to visit more often. Thanks again Elkview DQ, you rock.

The young woman who waited on us barely answered. I felt like we must be interrupting something more important.

The service was fast there was only one other person in line in front of me. when I got to order the experience was smooth everything was made as I ordered it and they were fast getting it ready. Would definitely recommend this place to get something fast and tasty to eat. As a small side note however, I will say that at the beginning of February 2024, they were completely out of ice cream cakes at this location and they only had one ice cream cake when I went there this last time towards the end of February 2024.
