Went to get some subs a couple of days ago we waited for about 15 minutes in line. When it was our turn, the siren started going off for bad weather. The lady running the place said she would still make our order and everything. Once she noticed we had coupons however, she kicked us out, “for our own safety”. How exactly is driving into a tornado safe? I’m pretty sure we’re all supposed to stay in shelter. ESPECIALLY IF THE SIRENS ARE GOING!!!! Just straight up ridiculous!

Ashley is a real rude person. I own a business and decided to treat my employees to lunch, places and order online, paid for it and it was taken out of my account. Went to pick up in 15 min just to find out they hadn’t gotten the order yet. Ordered a few more things then sat and waited. While waiting the order got canceled and told me to contact the store. When I asked her about it she asked me what o ordered o told her even showed her the online order number and that I paid. She told me nothing she can do! I said so you’re not going to help me? Again she replied it was online nothing I can do. So Ashley here’s what you could have done: apologize that something happened with the app, let me know that what was already taken out of my account count would be returned in a week and offer to make my order while I waited! How hard is that??? Will definitely not go you that store again. We took our business to another subway in Ionia explained what happened and they happily made my order! They will get my business from now on. Who ever owns this restaurant weds to look into their employee and make she she understands customer service.

Ordered four sandwiches online and had already paid for them. We arrived and they said the order wasn’t showing up. So we sat and waited. A while later we received a notification that the order was cancelled. We asked about it and the lady behind the counter dismissively said there was nothing they could do about it. Didn’t offer to make our order since we were already there and was rude about the whole situation. Safe to say, this was the worst experience we’ve ever had at this or any Subway.

The guy was super rude and kinda seemed stand off ish. had an angry tone before we asked for the bread that they were out of. pushy when asked what we wanted. then answered his phone and walked away in the middle of us getting our sandwiches, so i left. not great service at all.

Probably should’ve shared this when it happened, but I honestly didn’t even think about it. So, I came here about a year ago, about ten minutes after my parents had finalized their divorce. It wasn’t messy, or violent, but still nonetheless. Well, my mom sent me in here to get us some food since it was lunchtime and close by. I went in, still kinda shocked about the divorce, and used the gift card my father had given me. The guy who served me was super nice and I almost broke down crying multiple times throughout my order. Either he couldn’t tell, or he COULD and didn’t want to make me feel worse. I think he did notice, cause he ended up giving me two cookies for free. Haven’t been in there in awhile, since there are others cloe to me, but to the people who were there that day, thank you. You’re wonderful people.

This location sucks, they got an online order completely wrong and made me bring in the wrong sub in order to get the right one, they are just going to throw it away anyway, why not let the customer keep it, it was their mistake and I had to spend my gas money to drive back to the store.
Unbelievably terrible customer service, I’ll never go back to that location, I’ll drive the extra 4 miles round trip trip to the location at the top of the hill!

I haven’t eating Subway in awhile that I notice subway change the breading instead of using Regular wrap. They have replace it with Flatbread and wrap the content like a newspaper roll. This kid was struggling to roll up the #45 and I even told him to roll it tight. He just totally halfass my wrap!

The young woman working was INCREDIBLY rude. Didnt fill the scoop to the top with chicken. When brought to her attention, she argued. She put a comically small amount of shredded cheese on one sub. She used the same gloves to wipe off the cutting surface as she used to handle my food. When time to cut my sub, she walked into the back, came back and did not change her gloves. Asked if I wanted my receipt, when I said yes, she SLAMMED it down, walked away. Very rude and POOR service.
