Food was outstanding, and the staff made a great recommendation. We will definitely be adding this place to our regular rotation. The sizzling beef and scallops were excellent, especially paired with the fried rice. We also ordered the sampler, which was perfect for two people. The vermicelli combination was slightly on the sweeter side.

We tried the bao duck app, pho and fried rice. Both were excellent! The broth in the pho was superb. The bathroom and restaurant were also very clean.
I would eat here again.

After we ate a good portion of the food i realized it was too yummy not to post about! The portions are huge and the food came out very quick and super fresh. It was our first time here and definitely will be coming back!

The food here was sooo good! The portions are large and they have lunch specials every day of the week.
If you like a little spice, the Bangkok Basil is so flavorful and tasty. I hate leftovers but ate every bit of it the next day.
They can adjust the heat and have a wide variety of menu items. Combination plates, soups, rice, and more.
The staff were attentive and polite. Going to go back soon and often!

The food was delicious. I ordered general tso chicken and fried rice. The egg drop soup was also amazing. The speed at which the food came out was very quick, fresh, hot, and tasty. Will be coming back to venture further into the menu!

This was our first time at Red Lotus and wow, the food is very delicious and the atmosphere of the place is very lovely! The staff is very friendly and attentive! We came when it was not very busy so our experience was great!
My husband ordered The pineapple beef fried rice, and we honestly did not expect the rice to be on a pineapple!!! So freaking cool! The fried dumplings were too good. We devoured 2 before I remembered to take a picture

I’m so excited to have a decent Vietnamese restaurant closer to home. Their menu has a good variety of Vietnamese dishes. The ones that we tried today were delicious: pho, bun bo in a stone bowl, fried frog legs, pan fried noodles, fried rice flour cake.

We had lunch here and it was fantastic. I love that they have Chinese food in addition to Vietnamese food. I had a Walnut chicken and my husband had a General Tso’s.
The lunch combination has a soup and egg roll and the egg roll was the best egg roll I’ve had in years! The Vietnamese coffee was perfect! The condensed milk and fresh coffee combo hit my craving just right.
The staff is so friendly, too. I have family members who go here every time they are in town now!

We just popped in here for lunch and we’re very pleased with everything. I had the Spicy Basil stir fry with beef and my husband had the Sesame Chicken for lunch. I got the won ton soup which was fresh and delightful. My husband’s sweet and sour soup was excellent. If I lived in Austin, this would be one of my regular stops. Would love to try their pho and other dishes. We will definitely stop again when coming through Austin.
Everything was flavorful. I would definitely like to try the off lunch menu next time and maybe something from the specials board.

Need to get to this place! Great pho and other Vietnamese dishes. Every dish we have gotten here has been great! Love they offer a kids menu with generous portions!
