More of a to go restaurant / do it yourself vs an actual sit down and be served restaurant. I can see why this place was empty on a Friday night. The lady at the register could’ve been a little more friendly. Crazy how they charge you for chips and salsa when you dine inside…. 3 stars since the food tasted good and big portions.

This was my first time at their restaurant in the heights, although I’ve eaten from their shop on Grand over the past couple years. This place is nice, very clean and lots of seating room. As far as the food goes, its some of the best food in Billings, whether it’s Mexican food or any food for that matter. Santiago’s never disappoints. I always order extra for later. The street tacos are simple and delicious, the way they’re supposed to be.

Got the mixed fajita plate and they served me reheated meat. Bone dry, barely warm. Is it that difficult to cook them fresh? Place was literally empty too. I don’t want leftovers out of a bin.

Took my family price for 3 was great. Did it go food was just amazing and the size will not disappoint and they don’t use filler like rice packed full of meat. Will be going here many times.

Unfortunately, I didn’t get a photo, but everything we tried was solid — the street tacos, green chicken enchiladas, and asada plate were all pretty good. Great flavors and portions. Definitely recommend giving this place a try if you’re in the area!
