Completely messed up my order. Put a tub of mayo and nothing that was depicted on the order for the hot mess cheeseburger. Forgot fries and the other sandwich was stiff as a rock.

Today was my first time visiting this jack in the box location. The guy at the drive thru was friendly and had good customer service. The food came out fresh and hot without too much of a wait. The only reason that it loses a couple stars on food and atmosphere is because the prices have gone up significantly! It’s been a couple years since I’ve had JITB, but it honestly seems like all of the prices doubled from a few years ago. All the five dollar burgers are ten dollars now. .99 for 2 tacos is 1.99 now. But this location does seem friendly and clean so I would recommend and will likely return.

Bad service!! I came on Tuesday morning at 1:30am. I know the place closes at 2am. I kept asking for help and no buddy was was willing to help me. I Waited for about 5 mins. I went around and there are two guys (workers) sitting down on their phones. They were looking at what was going on, but they were not Willing to stand up and offer help. It’s just sad!!

We ordered a combo meal and then another burger and drink. Waited and got the combo and two drinks waited longer for the other burger which never came out. Later MUCH later husband asks again for other burger guy with hair in a bun(mentioned solely so you know which one) said we gave you that, then insisted on seeing the receipt which we did t get and then wanted us to pay for the burger, said he never rang it up.

This was my husband and I first time going to jack in the box, we have always wanted to try it but now are regretting doing so. First the prices are really high, $40 for 2 people?? Second off, it made me really sick, pretty sure I have food poisoning. I don’t think we will ever be going back there again…

I want to start by saying I’m not the pickiest of eaters. I enjoy cheat days and having fast food burgers (or even on the days I’m on a time crunch). And I can’t complain too much about fast food chains(hence, why it’s called “fast food”). HOWEVER!! I got one of my favorite go-to breakfast sandwiches at Jack in the Box… and… THERE WAS MOLD ON MY BURGER o.o I had finished my curly fries and on to my Loaded Breakfast sandwich, and there was freakin MOLD!! Like com’n man I’m not sure how they cook, if it’s premade or what, and I don’t blame the workers there (unless it’s the person who’s legit putting my sandwich together, but mainly the supply chain). Whoever the manager is should report for some state food and health checks inspection.

This is the 2nd time Ive gone here to pick up breakfast, took a break from going for awhile because of a certain individual, Barbara was the cashier and taking orders, she provides wonderful service and is very kind. There was another cashier there that acted like she could care less to be there before, but Barbara changed the environment for me so I will keep coming back.

So the menu was lacking of there cheaper Foods because they all went up in price but the gal behind the counter was super attentive to her job and was kind enough to purchase my meal for me. The place was clean and the bathrooms were nicely stocked overall super great experience food was quick hot and delicious and the Wi-Fi was perfect
