Stopped in for the first time Thursday 2/9 with some friends. It was so/so. Decor so/so, service so/so, food so/so. They had a dj the night we were there who played a lot of oldies but then again that was the crowd. Hubby had the chicken & waffles…it was literally a frozen waffle with a frozen chicken tender on it. I had the Carl Sr burger which was good & salad which was delicious. The food came out in shifts so some people were half way done eating by the time other meals were arriving. By the time we left it was pretty empty. Nothing to write home about as they say.

A real gem!
My wife and I stopped in to have a drink recently and ended up staying for drinks, appetizers and dinner. What an awesome place. Live music on a cool stage. The atmosphere is very welcoming. Many options for seating and socializing. You can have your own experience; if you want a cozy corner or a table inside where the action is or sit at the bar outside. Make The Franklin Social a regular stop.

Very cute decor. The food was fresh and well made. Our server was attentive and friendly. I will definitely be back to try more of their lunch menu and go at dinner to try that menu as well.

I am so excited for this new addition to Naples! The team is very welcoming and provide top-notch service. My husband and I sat at the bar. The music was great, the atmosphere is very chill. I a so excited to share this gem with my friends. Unique craft cocktails created by their amazing mixologists! I tried the crab dip with tostones- 10/10 and the empanadas are a great serving and delicious. We tried a few of their cocktails, all of them were on point. We saw a punch bowl and decided to try it- super refreshing! Try the Chi-Che Chichi, a cool twist on the Piña Colada, I shared it with my husband for dessert and we can’t wait to go back for it(pictured)! Thank you Franklin Social!!!

Love going to Franklin Social. The atmosphere is amazing and so much fun. Bartenders are all great and love challenges when making special drinks. Servers are all very nice and truly care about the experience. Love the live music and open mic on Sunday. Only thing I’ve missed is bingo but I can’t wait to go check it out! Love this little gem.

I’m sure the Owner will be Not happy to hear this. Sunday night we decide to go based on there being live music. We meet friends there at 6:30. It takes forever to get drinks. Later a different guy comes by to apologize and tell us that there is a bar tender in training. We have dinner with still mediocre service.
Meanwhile, behind us the table is never cleared and my friend has to move over to avoid smelling the old shrimp rotting on the plate. 7:45 rolls around and they all of a sudden say last call. The time on Google says it closes at 9 PM on Sunday. Ok, so we say I guess we have to get going. But low and behold two guys show up at the bar and they start serving them just before 8 pm. Then our waitress says they are closing and here’s the bill.
All the while, the new guys are whooping it up at the bar with the servers. Then the music changes to Garage/Grunge and the definitive smell of Weed is coming from inside. The two new patrons are inside partying with the servers. 8:10 rolls around and they shut us outside and won’t let my wife use the restroom. A rude little guy with a Boston Red Socks hat says, “I don’t care. The Owner is at home in bed, asleep.” He locks the door and the music turns up a notch as the Weed smoke continues to pour out. They have quite the party going on with the new patrons and all the servers locked inside. We leave. I want my money back. Interesting way to run a restaurant.

I’ve been going to Franklin Social for the live music scene. Two times in a row, I have called and spoken to a live person to make a reservation for high tops in front of the band and two times now the reservation was lost or nobody knew about it. The food is very subpar in fact, when we go for live music we eat somewhere else prior to. The service is hit and miss. There’s been a couple really good servers and then sometimes you go in there and you wait 20 minutes even to get anybody to come to ask if you want a drink. I don’t know who the person was tonight but the manager after us telling her that our reservations were not found she got in a real huff and started throwing tables around and almost hit the lead singer of the band. I found her to be very rude. In fact, we were so befuddled by her actions we almost decided to walk out. We are locals and full-time residents in Naples. You need us more than we need you. I don’t know how this place will actually survive.
And finally every time I’ve been in Franklin social they either don’t have any air-conditioning or they haven’t paid their bill because it’s so hot in there and they continue to open up the garage bar doors and people are very uncomfortable.
What is shame it could be a really cool place but it needs a lot of work
The two bands that we follow there bring people and we bring 2/3 of the crowd for those nights and I really believe that we deserve a lot better service
